I am a patient at Trinity Health at the Watertown office. Gina J. at the front desk does superior work on a regular basis. She is efficient, respectful, patient, knowledgeable, and has a sense of humor. She has been doing a spectacular job training others. In addition to her abilities at her job, she is a wonderful and kind person! I can’t say enough positive things about Gina J.

I went to this office for some lab work that required me to be here for 3 hours. While I’m in the waiting room, the 3 receptionists had very rude comments to make about almost every client that checked in. There’s a huge sign in the lobby for clients that states, aggressive behavior isn’t tolerated & may result in their removal. They were easily annoyed & literally got mad at an old man because he came into this location vs calling ahead. I was there a week ago. I waited for an hour in a freezing cold waiting room. When I was brought in the back, I had to use the restroom and one of the staff pointed to the bathroom door. I went to walk in and saw a small plastic cup of urine on the sink. I told the staff and she said "oh don't worry about that, it's for a pregnancy test' and walked away. Great experience every time I get care. I have my family going to the same practice for years. I’ve had Dr Deanne and my primary Dr. Ghisa and they are great. My husband is a very stubborn man and hate to be seen my doctors I finally convinced him to this medical group and was seen by Dr Danzig, he was so patience and great with him. I love that he understands my husband and has gave him so much confidence and now my husband is on the road to getting healthy. Hands 🙌 down the best doctors in the area! 💕

Dr. Ghisa is the best doctor Ive ever had. She is gentle and kind and on top of all issues. I hate vaccines but she convinced me to have a pneumonia vaccine and I got it. Glad that I did. She spends quality time with me and Im so thankful for her!
