The new management here is amazing! Nina is more helpful to me than anyone in the past here has ever been. She stays on top of things and takes cares of needs right away. I have always lived my apartment and now I love it even more thanks to her!!!
One of the worst apartments ever lived in. Tara forged my signature, my ex a few years back using excuses when the police was brought into it.. Nick was the best Manger there . They are Definitely not recommended from me. I wouldn't recommend anyone to live their until she is gone ..... she's ripped off people Ik that live there now over animal deposits that were already paid an who knows what else. They never fixed anything quick, kids ran around lit hooligans workout supervision damages on cars from them.
We have the best neighborhood, landlord and breathtaking views in all of Indiana. You couldn't ask for more. Tara is hands down the best apartment manager I've ever seen. She goes way beyond to keep this place gorgeous, peaceful and clean.
I haven’t even got the opportunity to move in yet. I sat with Tara to do some of the work we were able to now. I found out she doesn’t even use a cleaning crew she cleans herself because she likes to ensure everything is clean; cabinets and behind appliances. I don’t know about you but that says a lot to me about the person she is. 😊 I can’t wait to make Waterview my new home ❤️ My dog and I are gonna love it I just know.
Don't fall for the view or the convenient location! Some neighbors steal stuff right off your front stoop. And some neighbors make trouble for other people who trying to live, just minding their own business. This wouldn't be as bad if the management actually managed things the way they're supposed to. But the management is one sided. They don't listen nor do they properly investigate complaints. And they send out nasty emails to tenants and are impatient, making them careless.
