I highly recommend Watkins Cleaning Services, especially for carpet cleaning! They always do a fantastic job, and their customer service is excellent. The technician who comes out is always kind, polite, and works very hard. I was especially impressed when he was able to remove Gorilla Glue from my carpet—I was beyond pleased with the results! I now have them come out every six months, and I can confidently say they are worth it. I would definitely recommend their services!
We are SO happy with the work we received. John was incredible; he was very kind, personable, and did a wonderful job communicating throughout the whole process. He is amazing! The installation was perfect. I feel like I have an entirely new home. We had the “warm almond” carpet installed and it is absolutely seamless. My dad was visiting during the installation and said it was the cleanest work he’s ever seen. So happy, thank you!
I can't say enough good things about Watkins Floor Covering. The sales staff was great. They made my selection process as seamless as possible. My installer was Jason Watkins. His crew showed up on time and had my entire home finished in one day. Great job guys.
Our experience with Watkins was great, with the exception of every interaction with Kathleen. Watkins does quality work, but if Kathleen is your point of contact, expect poor communication and coordination. She’s a nice person, but she made both of our projects way more frustrating than they needed to be.
This carpet replacement experience was a first for our family and I have to say it was tremendous from beginning to end. The sales rep had us dialed in on the perfect choice for our space within, I kid you not, 15 minutes! We left the store with smiles on our faces under 30 minutes from arrival. The install team, a father and son, were incredible as well. They were so nice, respected our space, and brought some serious skill and quality in the finished install.
