Watkins Park Family Dentistry is where my family and I have been going for our dental needs. The place is very clean and welcoming. The staff is very friendly . Dr Curtis is always very professional, and does her job smoothly and efficiently. From cleaning to extracting , no pain is felt. The tools and equipment are new technology and the place makes you feel comfortable and relaxed. We definitely love this place and highly recommend it to anyone who needs dental care.
I was very impress with the service I recieved; tour, customer service, explanation before and during all procedures, Covid (protocol) temperature check, very very clean. Including the beautiful instrumental inspirational music. This helped me over come my nervousness.☺️ Dr. Curtis was gentle and patient. I will recommended my family and friends. The website boasts of a clean, serene and loving environment. This Dental office is the worst. After being confirmed for an appointment, I was told upon my arrival that I did not have an appointment. The practice reeked of the smell of curry. Furthermore, they tried to get me to pay $190 out of pocket for x-rays despite them being in my insurance plan. I’ve been going to Dr. Curtis since 2017 and has never had a bad experience. Dr. Curtis and her team are very professional, thorough and pleasant. She makes you feel comfortable and she’s great at what’s she does. Her office is clean and always accommodating. Best dentist in the area!
I felt welcomed by the receptionist, as soon as I stepped into the door. The music and the picture in the examination chair was very calming . Everyone was very friendly and loved the initial survey to determine expectations. Dr. Brickhouse and her technician explained every step clearly. She will definitely be my new dentist.
