Customer service was incredible prior to our visit and then from his first greeting Bayley was fantastic! Super helpful, wonderful manner, he explained everything clearly and spoke with calm patience and kindness. Our son had been a little nervous before a new experience, but as we were leaving, he said: “I like the foot doctor!” Thank you!

I had a great experience with Aaron at the podiatry clinic. He was very professional, helpful, and took the time to clearly explain everything regarding my ingrown toenail issues and the treatment process. I felt really comfortable and well looked after throughout the whole treatment process. The facility itself is very clean and fresh, and the staff are all friendly and welcoming. I would highly recommend Aaron and the clinic to anyone needing podiatry care.

The team at Watsonia Podiatry were very helpful with an easy online patient onboarding form. Josh was very knowledgeable and took the time to listen to my questions and explain my diagnosis in an easy to understand way. It was a great experience!
