Jeannie is absolutely great! She always takes her time and makes sure my teeth are thoroughly cleaned. Dr. Zach is always so nice and personable when he comes in to do the final check. From entering the office to exiting they have top tier service. Such a family feel. I have been a patient here for several years and I would highly recommend 10/10.
I recently visited Dental Arts at Tosa and had an outstanding experience from start to finish. The front desk staff were great and made the check-in process seamless. Dr. Zach and the entire team are incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and caring. They took the time to answer all my questions, and ensured I was comfortable throughout the process. Highly recommend!!
I have been coming here for years, and now have my family coming here too. The staff is always so friendly and accommodating. They even called me a week before my December appointment to let me know that I was going to be a little short of insurance benefits to cover my routine check-up due to me having a deep cleaning done. They offered to push my appt back a couple weeks so that it would fall into 2025 and be completely covered. This is by far the best dental office I been serviced at. The staff are welcoming and made me feel comfortable. I was able to get cosmetic procedure and I now I have a Hollywood smile. I will post the picture once procedure is completed, 10 out of 10 well done! I would highly recommend this dental office for anyone !
They are so patient and informative. I have bad anxiety about needles and they ensure that I feel safe and cared for. I also was able to get in for an emergency crown the very next day (I texted on a Sunday!) I’m appreciative.
