TO LIVE AND FRY IN L.A. In 2017, four childhood friends came up with a simple concept — take Nashville Hot Chicken and make it better than anyone else in America. With only a couple thousand dollars to their name, they boot-strapped a pop-up concept in a parking lot in East Hollywood serving a simple menu of tenders, sliders, fries, and kale slaw — they created a viral cult following with lines consistently over an hour long.

I ordered the Medium and Mild heat level flavors it was surprisingly not that spicy! The chicken was very juicy and crispy. The french fries had great tasting seasoning on it as well. I recommend getting Dave’s sauce on the side it’s so tasty! Perfect Lunch and Dinner combos that will fill you up! Overall, amazing experience compared to other fast foods definitely coming here again!
It's great to see more Halal options out there now then before. Their chicken has lot of flavor. Foods are great, no complaints there. Atmosphere alrt. No music or anything sort of entertainment system. Tables are dirty. I told the cashier to send someone to clean but no body came. We had to clean our own table
I had the Hot chicken slider at Dave's Hot Chicken on Drake's birthday, and it was on the house. Let me tell you, this was hands down the best slider I’ve ever had in my life! The chicken was incredible, super juicy, spicy, crispy, and the fact that it's all halal makes it even better. The place was packed, with long lines, but the service was impressively quick and awesome. We've become instant fans and will definitely be back again!
Quick and fast workers. Friend recommended and I didn’t know the combo, but the cashier, Natalie R, understood right away what I was talking about, she was also training a new hire the whole time I was waiting, amazing person and leader. Great food, mild and medium aren’t that spicy!
Visited Dave's Hot Chicken in Wayne, NJ today, and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The moment I walked in, I was greeted by a friendly and welcoming staff who made me feel right at home. The restaurant was clean and well-maintained, which added to the overall positive atmosphere.
