Received a very prompt response and proposal to replace a gas boiler and indirect water heater. Installers did an excellent and professional job. Cleaned up the work site better than I would have expected and in addition the installers were very friendly and personable. Also provided space heaters to assure our comfort while the heat was down.
Had received fuel oil service from Eshenaur for years, then learned I need new heating system. Eshenaur sales rep was profoundly experienced in furnace options and service and advised, as well as expedited, the optimal system for my needs and budget. This company was recommended by our community maintenance person because he thought we had a broken pipe under our slab foundation. Turned out they didn’t have the equipment to check pipe but scheduled to see if they might find source of water seeping under our new plank flooring. Only looked behind washer, never checked anything else, charged $30 for the callout plus $160 for minimum hour labor for a half hour of their time and travel. Same day service to fix my natural gas furnace, on Martin Luther King Day! Jacoi was the tech that responded and he was very knowledgeable and had my heat back on quickly. I'll absolutely be using W.C. Eshenaur again.
Logan was the service tech who arrived for a no heat call. He was polite, knowledgeable, and repaired our furnace quickly. Had parts on truck so no delay running somewhere to get them. Highly pleased with Eshenaurs.
