This office has completely changed how I feel about going to the dentist. The care is outstanding, and the entire team is wonderful. I’ve been seen by multiple dentists here, and every single one has been professional, gentle, and attentive. The dental assistants, hygienists, and front desk staff are all incredibly kind and welcoming, which makes such a difference. You always have to wait EXTRA long even with an appointment. Ask them about if they can give me a heads up before hand if there are delays and the front desk people just say “I don’t know” or that they cannot do that. Like seriously… I’m sure latest 30 mins before the appointment surely you can tell if things will be delayed. I waste so much time just sitting in the waiting room. went to the clinic and from the moment I walked in, it felt very warm and clean. Then I had my cleaning with the hygienist, and everything was lovely. I 100% recommend this place. They truly deserve 5 stars!
Stay away from those scammers. Don’t fall for the reviews. The staff literally made you leave a “good” review while standing next to you, it seems almost forced. Which explains the inflated review. Also they try hard to sell you the Invisalign. Last year in February, I went to We Smile Dental for a simple wisdom tooth removal. I knew they did not take my insurance, but I was ready to pay upfront for the extraction, and they confirmed over the phone that this worked for them. I started to be a patient of the Astoria (Broadway) location around April 2025, at the beginning they gave me the best attention, I believe the son of the owner himself, called George, sat with my husband and I to explain the process and everything, we agreed on having a treatment of deep cleaning, regular cleaning, extraction of wisdom teeth and invisalign.
