This place has got to be the BEST dentist you can ever find in Astoria. The vibe here is like YOU'RE FAMILY. so welcoming, so friendly, so kind and so caring. Every single person in the We Smile dental staff is so helpful and actually CARES about their patients. You can tell that they actually love what they do and patient satisfaction/comfort is number 1 priority for them! I've gotten my cleanings here before and most recently, an extraction. Booked an appointment online for about a week out. Called to double check they take my insurance and was told they were only taking new patients in Jackson Heights not Astoria. I assured them I booked an appointment online at the Astoria location, they told me it definitely wasn’t available and I had to go to Jackson Heights to keep the appointment. Makes you wonder what would’ve happened if I didn’t call them on my own and just showed up to my scheduled appointment.
This office has completely changed how I feel about going to the dentist. The care is outstanding, and the entire team is wonderful. I’ve been seen by multiple dentists here, and every single one has been professional, gentle, and attentive. The dental assistants, hygienists, and front desk staff are all incredibly kind and welcoming, which makes such a difference. You always have to wait EXTRA long even with an appointment. Ask them about if they can give me a heads up before hand if there are delays and the front desk people just say “I don’t know” or that they cannot do that. Like seriously… I’m sure latest 30 mins before the appointment surely you can tell if things will be delayed. I waste so much time just sitting in the waiting room.
