This office has completely changed how I feel about going to the dentist. The care is outstanding, and the entire team is wonderful. You always have to wait EXTRA long even with an appointment. Ask them about if they can give me a heads up before hand if there are delays and the front desk people just say “I don’t know” or that they cannot do that. Like seriously… I’m sure latest 30 mins before the appointment surely you can tell if things will be delayed. I waste so much time just sitting in the waiting room. I started to be a patient of the Astoria (Broadway) location around April 2025, at the beginning they gave me the best attention, I believe the son of the owner himself, called George, sat with my husband and I to explain the process and everything, we agreed on having a treatment of deep cleaning, regular cleaning, extraction of wisdom teeth and invisalign.
