No gates , not paved, over priced
From the time you bought the facility 8 months or ago you have raised the rent 4 times. It is now becoming ridiculous. I had two sheds now down to because of cost and I bet you will raise the rent on my other shed even higher now. Why don't you keep the cost annually like the previous owner. Will not recommend.
They doubled my rent in 6 months
We-Store raised the rent twice in 5 months by a large amount. There were no improvements made and we could not access our storage unit during and after the snowstorm because they chose not to clear the area. Also, bookkeeping department is lacking in up-to-date information.
We were charged for a missed payment and it took weeks and weeks to get in touch with someone. Once we finally got in touch with someone , we sent proof of payment several times only to be told over and over it wasn’t the correct month. After that was finally resolved , we cleared out and swept the storage rental with pictures to show only to get hit with another monthly bill. It took a couple texts , emails and a phone call until that was settled. I do not recommend using this storage facility.
