Timing is particularly unknown to Florida contractors, but Richard of WeatherShield was on time even though I rescheduled the appointment to an earlier time...on the same day! I was really impressed by that! Richard was very professional and knowledgeable, inspected the unit thoroughly and provided recommendations and explanations on why the a/c was not blowing cool air. There was absolutely no pressure to sell. I will definitely call WeatherShield again.
Jhon Alvarez was the best A/C service provider I have ever had. He checked the whole system extremely thoroughly and did things at no charge that I absolutely know other companies would have charged for very easily. He is serious about pleasing the customer and providing good service. I would rate him as OUTSTANDING and recommend him to anyone.

Although I have only had a consult at this time regarding the work I need done, I feel very comfortable with Jhon who was the service tech who came to my house. He was curtious, professional and very helpful with the explination of the job he would do for me. I plan to use this company very soon.
