Love the customer service I receive, techs are very knowledgeable and friendly as they do their tasks. Wish I had a little more foresight on when they were coming out, just so I can make sure I don't have scheduling conflicts. I get notified the day prior of a day-long window, that's hard to plan around.
Anthony did a GREAT job of discussing the issues I am having with my lawn. He is also willing to help take care of the problem. I was ready to cancel my agreement with your company. I will give more time to have you help me have a great lawn.
