Alan in customer service was very helpful. He answered the bulk of my questions knowledgeably. Also an honorable mention goes out to Ruth Ann who was my first contact. She was honest, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. If your technicians are as good than I don't mind paying a little extra for your service. We'll see as it has only been less than two weeks.
They’ve done an amazing job of eliminating almost all weed in a yard that was 1/2 creeping Charlie and dandelions. In less than a year. And my grass is thick and lush. The yard specialists are friendly and knowledgeable. My only complaint is too many calls for extra services.
A extremely easy company to work with. Always on time and quick with the whole process. I do appreciate the 24 notice before they show up at your home and a phone call every single time they arrive to ensure you don't have any new concerns or questions for them. They turned my sweet dandelion farm into a normal yard again. We 100% recommend this company.
Weed Man staff are all very personable and professional. They make sure I am well informed about my lawn conditions and that all of my concerns are all addressed. Insisting that I contact them if I ever have questions or concerns in between applications really shows me that they want to provide the best results for their customers. Highly recommended!
Love Weed Man! The tech took time today to talk to my husband about grass seeding and they're always friendly and knowledgeable. Not to mention our yard is actually weed free and truly green, unlike our last service! Weed Man will also come back and reapply if weeds pop up after a treatment. Highly recommend!
