I’ve been using Weedman for over 4 years now, and I can confidently say their service has been nothing short of outstanding. From day one, their level of professionalism, communication, and consistency has kept me coming back year after year. A big shoutout to Kat and Margaret, who are always incredibly helpful, responsive, and make scheduling and any questions super easy to handle. Their customer service truly sets the tone for a great experience. But I have to give special recognition to my favorite technician, Jaylen. H... read more
I have been with them for the past 15 years, they started well, it’s been a nightmare to deal with them for the last 4 years , I pay over $200 for every application and I get a service not even worth a $1 . My yard full of weeds, grass is dying even though I do have a sprinkler system that runs 5 times a week… every time you talk to them they blame it on the weather… I even have one of their technician on video from my security camera pretending that he sprayed my yard, he was there for a minute and sprayed 1% of my property... read more
I have been with Weedman Winston-Salem for many years. My yard has always looked great because of their treatments. Super responsive to questions and lawn concerns. Personal visits to discuss my areas of concern have occurred. Their techs are pleasant and professional most especially my most recent young man, Cole! Could not be happier.
Weedman has done a great job for us. My grass has never looked this good. We are actually having to bag the grass it’s so lush. We have for too long struggled with other companies, chemicals & methods. We could not be happier. It’s still a work in progress, but I finally have confidence the folks at Weedman can get my yard the best it can possibly be. Thank you. It makes me so happy to see our pretty green grass.
What a great company! Quality customer service is hard to find nowadays, and this company has it figured out. Margaret and Catherine take the time to talk through my yard with me and give me honest recommendations. I won't be going anywhere, anytime soon
