Disappointed in results. I have two properties (Madison and Pelham). My Madison lawn looks great, but the Pelham lawn has not shown results. I have a very small yard so I’m surprised that they can’t yield any good results. The managers I spoke with seem nice but the office clerk does not honor the “reapplication” clause that they advertise. They had a lot of technical excuses when I asked for them to come address the on-going issues. I couldn’t be happier with the service from Weed Man of Birmingham! From the very first visit, the team has been professional, knowledgeable, and dependable. They took the time to explain exactly what my lawn needed and developed a treatment plan that has made a noticeable difference. My yard is greener, healthier, and the weeds are disappearing with each treatment. I also appreciate that they communicate well, arrive when scheduled, and genuinely care about customer satisfaction. Little to no results actually weeds got worse at my home while using their service. And very predatory in billing you for services you never agreed too. I actually originally cancelled weedman and then after they called and emailed continuously asking me to come back and offering me 50% off 2 services I reluctantly agreed. What a mistake that was I was billed 140 for an insect service I never agreed upon. They straight up lied on the phone about what I would be billed then billed me double. Wish I had never let them talk me ... read more

I have found that Weed Man is certainly much more cost effective and plus it is safer for the professionals to apply the chemicals. Jordan has been The team member that treats my lawn. He is professional, knowledgeable, and provides a quote prior to your treatment. Jordan is ver... read more
I agreed to receive service from WeedMam about 60 days ago. They came out and spread what looked to be dry fertilizer, but never explained in person what was being done. After this visit, they sent an invoice and never communicated when their next visit would occur. After 72 days I called requesting cancellation due to poor communication. Shelia answered and stated that she was unable to cancel my service due to not being authorized and suggested I called back using extension #4 for cancellations: I called using that extensi... read more
