Juan was great! We started off with a minor misunderstanding of what was supposed to happen today on my part. He straightened things out and did a fantastic job on our yard. We've had mixed feelings about whether we're going to continue next year with weed man, but Juan put another check in the positive column. Our yard is large and really cut up, so very difficult. I know he's very busy, but he took the time to do the job right without complaint.
(I WILL CONTINUE UPDATING THIS REVIEW) I hired this company at the end of February 2025. As of June 2025 my weeds are out of control, I have a mushroom/fungus issue, and my lawn is yellowing from lack of nutrients (see photos). I have had to call to request visits. They forgot to come out and do my pre-emergent treatment in spring, and I have more crabgrass than I’ve ever seen. I am unhappy with the performance of their products and the look of my lawn. UPDATE: TO THE GENERIC RESPONSE FROM THE COMPANY: I did reach out both prior to cancelling my services which is when i got that crap response from LUKE- and then again after I didnt hear back to my email that I responded. I called and spoke to someone in office to actually cancel since my services to which all he could say was well all the signs are there for this "bug" that killed our lawn and stopped at our lawn line before deciding not to kill our neighbors connecting lawn also---- They tried to sell me on this insecticid... read more
Place has poor customer service, had a guy come spray our lawn hours late without notice, and since it was outside the scheduled window, we let our dogs out apparently 5 minutes after they were here, and the lawn was unflagged, I didn't even want to get service back with this company and a guy called begging for our business on the phone. Learned my lesson a second time, weeds still sprouting, lawn looked better when I was servicing it myself with hose attachments from home depot. Technician was a gentleman and was eager to do a good job. Time is the true tell on the service that I received today. I am confident that a good job performance today will make me happy tomorrow.
