Service techs are always friendly and helpful. They clearly want to meet customer requests whenever possible. This franchise offers a discount for pre-payment of annual service, which equates to about 1 free service, and this really helps. My only slight complaint is that the weed and crabgrass control always seems to be done a little late each year, after germination and spread of the weeds. We was looking for a reliable lawn care company and figured we give Weed man a try. And we were so disappointed in the service. I’ve had them for at least 8+ years and have been happy for the most part. During the time I’ve had a minor issue here or there BUT they have been quick to respond and resolve the issue. My only complaint is that at this time they still do not offer Military or Emergency Responders any 10% or higher discounts like their competition. The only discounts offered are 5% if you pre-pay for the year. Not much saving there, hence the 4 star rating .⭐️
Sage came to my house today he works for Weed Man. They do excellent work. He was very nice. Very knowledgeable. Did a great job. I always would not call nobody but the Weed Man they’ve always took good care of me.
I watched as Brittany serviced my exterior for mosquitoes which are a problem lately. They have even gotten into the house so there must be a ton of them around. She even told me she would not spray the flowers to protect the bees. I appreciate that alot! So grateful for her knowledge and hard work!
