This is our first experience with Weedman. Our yard was fertilized early but then no subsequent visit for weed control. I finally requested a weed control service via the online/phone call back as the weeds are getting way out of control. I was supposedly placed on a priority list and it took 12 days for my request (3 weeks since the fertilization date). I can't justify the overall cost and length to wait for this company to control the propagation of weeds when I could've done it myself multiple times. I was hopeful th... read more
I don't want to sound like a cranky old man but if more businesses provided customer service like Weed Man, there wouldn't be any bad reviews on Google. Weedman has done an excellent job with weed control and lawn management on my properties for years. They have always been pleasant to deal with, knowledgeable, and willing to help find the solution to any problem I have come across.
Great communication and service. Asked them if they could spray our rocks in addition to the grass - they didn’t up charge me, they made a note for their service agent and the next time they were here, he was spraying the rocks. Love when a company is able to filter feedback and requests down to the people who can see them through. Well done, Weedman, well done
I've had Weed Man taking care of my lawn for years now. They send me alerts to when they're coming, do a great job, and, perhaps most importantly, they make it easy. Annual billing with early payment discounts are fantastic. I've always been happy with them and the difference between my lawn and my neighbour's lawn is often pretty clear, especially with weeds. Thanks Weed Man!
