Last year I was experiencing a serious medical issue which was misdiagnosed by the ER as being benign. I followed up at the walk-in clinic with Dr.Ma who correctly identified that a symptom I was experiencing was concerning which led to me returning to the hospital and receiving an accurate diagnosis and treatment. Since then another doctor at this clinic, Dr.Sidhu, has become my family doctor and he is excellent. He takes time to listen to my concerns and I trust that he has my best interest in mind. Dr. Ma is an excellent doctor! Not only is he very professional and knowledgeable, but he takes the time to thoroughly explain to the patient his diagnosis, prognosis, ect. He also always follows up with test results as soon as he receives them. The medical staff in the front have always been polite and professional as well! Thank you Dr. Ma and staff for being so great for my family, I truly appreciate it!
I started using this doctor’s office. I think about three years ago now and truly it is refreshing to deal with. They actually care about you. You always get into your appointment on time and the doctor. I have cares about me and appreciates all my concern. My elderly mom and myself are both seniors and are thankful to be Dr. Sidhu's patients. We love being able to make appointments to see the doctor in clinic or connect by phone, on line. The booking system goes well but If we experience any challenges or have questions, the front desk staff kindly and promptly assist as they can. Dr. Harjit Sidhu is a dedicated physician who listens to our concerns, communicates effectively and does his best to keep us in best health.
I was so happy to learn that Dr. Ma was accepting patients two years back. During my in person visits or my telephone consultations, Dr Ma is very personable, knowledgeable and skills with all the various things I have brought to him so far. I also like that he usually has appointment bookings open within 1-3 days. So I don't have to wait weeks or months to see a doctor when I need one. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a great doctor.
