Be careful before going to this clinic, especially if you don’t have a BC health card. I visited this clinic on April 8 to ask about the cost of a "fit to work" medical exam for an Educator position. I clearly told the front desk that I did not have a BC health card. They told me the cost would be $250 for people without a BC health card, which I agreed to, and I booked an appointment for April 10. After going to this clinic for a year I am surprised to see how low it is rated. My experience with Dr.Ma has been great for myself, my wife and now 1 year old son. I really appreciate that he takes the time to do thorough exams, educates me and does not just give me what I thought I needed but what his training says is right. Thank you Well Health for providing a family doctor after mine retired.
Dr. David Ma has been amazing with my 10 month old son since birth. Will continue to see him. He is well educated, considerate and will listen to concerns. Truly receiving the best care here at this clinic.
I've seen Dr. Ma twice, and on both occasions he was very caring and took the time to make a full assessment and explain everything to me. I think many of the low raings for this clinic are from previous doctors who are no longer working there. I highly recommend Dr. Ma and trust him completely as a doctor.
Website tells you nothing about their walk in hours being limited. They say to call before coming but their phone lines are tied up. Otherwise it looks like a fine clinic but frustrating that they list walk in as service and that you have to go in person to queue up for it and then they're not even offering it.
