After going to this clinic for a year I am surprised to see how low it is rated. My experience with Dr.Ma has been great for myself, my wife and now 1 year old son. I really appreciate that he takes the time to do thorough exams, educates me and does not just give me what I thought I needed but what his training says is right. Thank you Well Health for providing a family doctor after mine retired.
Went back and forth with my doctor for a month. Went to the hospital and I had lymphoma. I'm in the process of changing my doctor and I get a call that I'm going to need to pay $50 to transfer my health records. I told them I'm recovering from chemo and cannot pay as I'm not working. They hounded me again this morning for $50. They said they can just shred them. Told me I signed a document about fees when I started going there. When I was a patient of Dr Eadie's I didn't like this clinic. I didn't like her, the wait times could be atrocious and it could be hard to get an appointment. But when Dr Eadie retired, Dr Sidhu took over and wow. What a difference. He is so nice, and I feel so much more comfortable seeing him. I have been able to get an a appointment within in a day or two if needed, and he offers phone appointments too. I have been very pleased with Dr. Sidhu since he took over Dr. Eadie’s practice. He listens to you and has been right on with diagnoses and solutions for me. At first I was apprehensive about a young male Dr. as I have had a female one for a long time, but he is great.
Dr Harjit Sidhu is my family doctor, as he took on the patients of Dr Carmen Eadie. I was not sure about having a young male doctor, however I've come to really appreciate Dr Sidhu. He is very understanding and I feel comfortable talking to him about my body/illnesses/injuries. This is a very busy clinic but I'm always able to get an appointment within a few days either over the phone or in person.
