I have gone to this clinic for years now. After my own doctor retired a number of years ago I started going here. I have been seen by a number of doctors here over the last 12 to 15 years. I find I have liked almost every single one. The one I didn't care for was just a personality clash I think. However all the doctors I have seen have been kind, listened well, were thorough in examination and tests when needed were done with quick results. I am grateful that Dr. Razouki took me on as a patient a couple of years ago, when I was pregnant, especially after my previous family doctor became too busy to accommodate timely appointments. Dr. Razouki is a great doctor! He listens carefully and quickly finds solutions to our concerns. He is kind and very knowledgeable. I feel very fortunate to have him as our family doctor!
walking doctor was great and my appointment was on time. The only problem is you have to book ahead of time. There’s no walk-in kind of defeats the purpose of a walk-in clinic.
The new sign in is a bit tricky for me every time as I am not technologically savvy. However it. Optimized the sign in experience. Dr Blackbeard is phenomenal. Straight forward and exceptionally good. Will continue to take my kids here. Every physician is great. Doctor was lovely, made an appointment, didn’t have to wait very long. Front desk staff act like they are doing you a favour by lecturing you on their process.
