I have gone to this clinic for years now. After my own doctor retired a number of years ago I started going here. I have been seen by a number of doctors here over the last 12 to 15 years. I find I have liked almost every single one. The one I didn't care for was just a personality clash I think. However all the doctors I have seen have been kind, listened well, were thorough in examination and tests when needed were done with quick results. Well Health is a good clinic. I visited Dr. Blackbeard, and during our appointment, we discovered that we share a very similar disposition, and might be too similar to work with eachother, and decided I needed a different family doctor, which she offered to help me find one. However, I really like her; she has spunk and class, despite our little spat, she informed me that she would be my doctor until we find another physician. Most importantly, she is a thorough and capable doctor. I have no negative feedback to share.
I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with doctor Clayton for years. He is always in a good mood, always friendly, kind and patient. I would highly recommend him to anybody. He truly cares about his job and what he does. He’s a wonderful person and doctor. Very thankful for him!
I can never choose for a phone appointment when booking online, they also never list my doctor when I go to book an appointment. Anytime I call myself, I get told very rudely that I’m supposed to book online and no one listens when I explain I can’t book one correctly. I’ve only had one lady be nice and book my appointment via phone but every other receptionist acts like I’m a burden for trying to get medical care. The new sign in is a bit tricky for me every time as I am not technologically savvy. However it. Optimized the sign in experience. Dr Blackbeard is phenomenal. Straight forward and exceptionally good. Will continue to take my kids here. Every physician is great. Saw one for myself and they listened to my concerns and sure enough I was correct in my diagnosis. Very efficient and practical knowledge. Cannot express enough how amazing this clinic is.
