I have gone to this clinic for years now. After my own doctor retired a number of years ago I started going here. I have been seen by a number of doctors here over the last 12 to 15 years. I find I have liked almost every single one. The one I didn't care for was just a personality clash I think. I’ve always had good care since being a client & didn’t think that it could be better, but since they upgraded the appointment scheduling & check in it has been. Booking an appointment is so easy using my mobile phone or computer, login, choose your date , time & Dr. & you get confirmation almost instantly. When you go to office, checking in is so easy, touch pad info in less than a minute & you’re checked in. The staff & Dr.‘s are great & answer any questions I might have. I highly recommend you give them a visit.

I am grateful that Dr. Razouki took me on as a patient a couple of years ago, when I was pregnant, especially after my previous family doctor became too busy to accommodate timely appointments. Dr. Razouki is a great doctor! He listens carefully and quickly finds solutions to our concerns. He is kind and very knowledgeable. I feel very fortunate to have him as our family doctor!

I've been trying for over a month now to book an online appointment. It doesn't accept my info. I've been a patient of Dr. Razouki's for years. The receptionists are rude and not friendly at all. When they had their practice in Langley it was the best. Service, professionalism was awesome. Now, I can't get answers for anything.

Well Health is a good clinic. I visited Dr. Blackbeard, and during our appointment, we discovered that we share a very similar disposition, and might be too similar to work with eachother, and decided I needed a different family doctor, which she offered to help me find one. However, I really like her; she has spunk and class, despite our little spat, she informed me that she would be my doctor until we find another physician. Most importantly, she is a thorough and capable doctor. I have no negative feedback to share.
