The receptionist was very rude, raising tone and argumentative, when asking to be seen by a specific family doctor or seen by another one. Keep asking me, what the problem, and doesn't want to to listen to the client. I been to this clinic for 13 years , never seen a rude and disrespectful staff.
I had a deeply upsetting and unprofessional experience with Dr. Blackbeard that I feel compelled to share. I booked a phone appointment to discuss symptoms I’ve been experiencing, including overwhelm, difficulty focusing, and mental fatigue, and to get guidance on whether these could be related to ADHD, hormone imbalance, or another underlying issue.
