these guys have been a life saver for me since i don’t have a GP (like so many others on the island) the staff is always friendly and the drs are incredible. however since they switched to online only booking for appointments, with only opening up 48 hours in advance, it has been impossible for me to get in. i’ve tried logging in from midnight to 5 pm for past 2 weeks and not once has an appointment been available. i rely on my medications to be able to function and now i am unable to get in. its not the staffs fault, they g... read more
Courtenay/Comox is very fortunate to have a skilled physician such as Dr. S. Lombard at this clinic. Excellent doctor; calls a spade a spade.
We had an amazing experience at this clinic. The receptionist is efficient, kind, organized and on top of her game in every way! Dr. Lombard was fantastic and so caring towards my elderly Mom. The clinic is clean and operates in a way that although the list is long, there are few people in the waiting area at a time, which is always appreciated. We were visitors in the area and I wish this clinic was closer to home!

You seem to need to be standing in the line up an hour before the clinic opens so 7:00am if you want to be seen the same day. I was there at 6:55am and 4th inline. Left the clinic at approx 9:30am. Dr Spring was excellent. I wish she was my family Dr. I would suggest bringing a folding chair to sit on which many people in the line did. Today was quite warm in the sun so protection from sun advised. The clinic is great just so many people that need it and not enough Dr.'s.
