Dr. Cord has been the family MD for me, my spouse and 2 kids for 10+ years. We've always been happy. I especially value the fact that, several times, I've been able to book same-day visits for my kids with Dr. Cord. They're still young and still have a pediatrician elsewhere but I find I'm unable to book with the pediatrician quickly, whereas with Dr. Cord I can often get them in within a day or two. Dr. David Altman has been our family doctor for more than 15 yrs. and is an exceptional and knowledgeable doctor who, unlike many doctors, is very punctual (if you're 2 minutes late, you'll get a scolding!). Luckily, I'm married to a Swede who is just the same. If you're not an on-time kind of person, you may be turned off to this. Dr Cord has been our family physician for 20 years. He is thorough, patient, professional and kind. He will see us if we have an urgent matter and he is booked. Everyone needs to have a physician like Dr. Cord.
Dr. Altman is a very knowledgeable, understanding physician and is always prompt. He goes above and beyond to help his patients. The online booking portal is also a great feature.
Been patients of Dr. Cord for years. I find him attentive and reliable which is what you need in a doctor. His last clinic, the receptionist, never returned calls, I was always waiting forever to get an appointment and would call and they were rude. I'll be honest, I just went to a walk in clinic since I didn't want to deal with it. I've been to his new office at Well Health twice and have found the process speedy, (yay online booking) and the staff seem respectful. Thank you.
