Been patients of Dr. Cord for years. I find him attentive and reliable which is what you need in a doctor. His last clinic, the receptionist, never returned calls, I was always waiting forever to get an appointment and would call and they were rude. I'll be honest, I just went to a walk in clinic since I didn't want to deal with it. I've been to his new office at Well Health twice and have found the process speedy, (yay online booking) and the staff seem respectful. Thank you.

As a fellow physician, I attest to Dr Cord's professionalism: his comprehensive and empathic care. He is an exemplary physician. When his clinic first switched to electonic booking, the process was daunting. In recent months, I have been able to navigate the system and have not needed live person communications. Furthermore, Dr. Cord responds to prescription refill within hours and email requests by the next day.

Dr. Cord is an incredible GP. He recently moved to this clinic, but I've been seeing him for 20 years. He helps a lot of patients, and is very busy, but I've rarely, if ever, felt like he was spread too thin to help with my medical issues. I genuinely feel very lucky to receive the level of care from him that I do. The clinic itself functions very well by Ontario public health standards. I've never had to wait more than 10mins after my appointment start since Dr. Cord moved here.

Brutal administration. Can’t get through during regular business hours with regularity, and they don’t have a call back system. If anything needs immediate attention, forget it!

I wish my family doctor is practicing somewhere else - I am generally a healthy person and only need her once in a blue moon but when I need her, I need to be prepared to try over an hour (if it is my lucky day) just to get to a receptionist. Why can't the clinic put people in a queue like most normal places? Disconnecting and make patient call back with no known prospect to get through is really problematic.
