Today, I visited the walking clinic for treatment of a UTI, and I was truly impressed by the exceptional service I received. The receptionists were especially kind and went out of their way to assist me, even helping with appointment bookings. Their willingness to help made the experience so much more pleasant. I have been here countless times with my kids. Yes, you have to get in line early to get an appointment, but it's so worth it. I have never had a bad experience; Dr. Muncey is literally a gift to our family and the rest of the staff is lovely.
I had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Ajaero Henry. I went to him about a mole looking like a cancerous growth. He said its just a mole and can be removed using liquid nitrogen treatment and he assured me that nothing would happen afterward. However, the procedure left me with a huge scar instead of smooth skin. It’s clear that he lacks basic knowledge about the procedure and its potential outcomes. Hello, this heath care staff is not helpful towards the patients. Old lady at reception behaves very rude and she need to learn how to talk nicely. I would not recommend this place to anyone if you are sick and planning to visit this walk in clinic. Thanks
This has been most pleasant visit to any medical office in canada so far. The receptionist was amazing and very friendly and went over the board to make sure that patients are at ease and get appointment and timing are being followed. First time in Canada, I was seen by the doctor right on time...no wait!!! I would say this is far the best medical service I have received. Well done team:)
