I am surprised by some of the poor reviews for this place - Joannne at the front desk was pleasant and super friendly. The doctor saw me promptly and was very professional. The clinic was clean, and looked recently renovated. Their online booking system was having some issues but outside of that, I’d definitely recommend this place!
I did not get confirmation of my appointment or any reminders before appoint. Still went there at 9 and at first I was told I don't have an appoint then the lady looked at few things and confirmed that I do have a 9.30 appointment. Doctors can run late not a problem I understand. But what I don't understand is someone from reception to have the audacity and tell to tell me to talk to well health rather than just accepting something was wrong with system, sorry you had to come early and move on. I want to start by saying that Dr. Muncey is an excellent practitioner, and this feedback is in no way a reflection of her care. However, my recent experience with the clinic’s medical office assistant/receptionist was deeply disappointing. I was spoken to by this receptionist with an unmistakable air of superiority. I went to this clinic around 7 am. The receptionist, an older Caucasian woman was very rude. Her questions were in a very condescending manner and kept interrupting me when I was trying to explain. At the end she told me I wasn’t allowed to see a doctor as the clinic had reached its limit. (This just after 7 am). I had been at that clinic before but I’ll never go back. Don’t waste your time unless you are ok with being disrespected by the receptionist.
Please make sure to book online at 6:30 am for the same-day appointments. It will be filed out in 5-7 minutes. Easy to get to the location and plenty of parking.Excellent friendly treatment given by Dr J Muncey. Thanks for the best service in our neighbourhood.
