I am surprised by some of the poor reviews for this place - Joannne at the front desk was pleasant and super friendly. The doctor saw me promptly and was very professional. The clinic was clean, and looked recently renovated. Their online booking system was having some issues but outside of that, I’d definitely recommend this place!
I want to start by saying that Dr. Muncey is an excellent practitioner, and this feedback is in no way a reflection of her care. However, my recent experience with the clinic’s medical office assistant/receptionist was deeply disappointing. I was spoken to by this receptionist with an unmistakable air of superiority. I called this morning to kindly request that my prescription be re-faxed to my pharmacy, as the one from my appointment the previous day had not been received. Very unprofessional. Oct 11 2025. Google shows they are open till 2pm. So I went there. But they are close for 3 days. It's just a few click to update Google hours of operation. No kidding! Will never go there again. !
I did not get confirmation of my appointment or any reminders before appoint. Still went there at 9 and at first I was told I don't have an appoint then the lady looked at few things and confirmed that I do have a 9.30 appointment. Doctors can run late not a problem I understand. But what I don't understand is someone from reception to have the audacity and tell to tell me to talk to well health rather than just accepting something was wrong with system, sorry you had to come early and move on.
