I am surprised by some of the poor reviews for this place - Joannne at the front desk was pleasant and super friendly. The doctor saw me promptly and was very professional. The clinic was clean, and looked recently renovated. Their online booking system was having some issues but outside of that, I’d definitely recommend this place!
This clinic's hours are nothing like what is posted online. They are closed many of the days they are supposed to be open. Yesterday I showed up at 9am when they were supposed to be open. There was a note on the door saying that they are closed. Today I showed up at 7:15 and waited in line until 7:30. They let about 30% of the people in, and everyone else was turned away. They told me to come back at 2:40. In that time I ended up going to urgent care instead because I needed a new inhaler and was having trouble breathing.... read more
I usually don’t write reviews, but I feel I need to share my experience. The reception staff at this clinic were extremely rude and unprofessional. From the moment I arrived, they made me feel unwelcome — cold expressions, unkind tones, and no effort to be helpful or polite. One thing that really hurt me was how they kept asking me to repeat my name over and over. English is not my first language, and I was already trying my best to communicate clearly. Thank you so much WELL Health Medical Centres Fleetwood your full of lovely staff like Rajni who was so kind and dear to get us a spot in the clinic for my 8 year old daughter. When the following other clinics wouldn’t, saying they were booked I hope for the best and I wish them great luck. Rajni is a very kind person and we thank her and I recommend this place above all other clinics for there splendid work.
Staff are exceptional so very polite and very helpful. Have never seen a clinic like this before. I would recommend this clinic to everyone. They welcome each and every patient that walks in. Thank you for your service.
