I had a very disappointing experience at WELL Health Medical Centre in Fleetwood, BC. I arrived early for my scheduled appointment, which I had booked three weeks in advance. When I got there, there was no receptionist and no doctor present. I waited for 2.5 hours, and still no staff arrived. The only reason any of us were able to enter the clinic was because a nurse from the Travel Vaccine Clinic (which operates out of the same location) was there to see her own patients.
