I am surprised by some of the poor reviews for this place - Joannne at the front desk was pleasant and super friendly. The doctor saw me promptly and was very professional. The clinic was clean, and looked recently renovated. Their online booking system was having some issues but outside of that, I’d definitely recommend this place!
Always had an excellent experience at this walk-in clinic. Very helpful staff and Dr. Muncey is so patient and understanding. Forget the other lady Dr I had earlier in the year , she was very kind as well.
I did not get confirmation of my appointment or any reminders before appoint. Still went there at 9 and at first I was told I don't have an appoint then the lady looked at few things and confirmed that I do have a 9.30 appointment. Doctors can run late not a problem I understand. But what I don't understand is someone from reception to have the audacity and tell to tell me to talk to well health rather than just accepting something was wrong with system, sorry you had to come early and move on. I want to start by saying that Dr. Muncey is an excellent practitioner, and this feedback is in no way a reflection of her care. However, my recent experience with the clinic’s medical office assistant/receptionist was deeply disappointing. I was spoken to by this receptionist with an unmistakable air of superiority. I called this morning to kindly request that my prescription be re-faxed to my pharmacy, as the one from my appointment the previous day had not been received. I had great experiences with Dr.Dhillon and Dr.Muncey! I am so happy that we got the care we needed immediately and also they followed up on the test results which is rare. Front Staff is also very humble and patient. Much Appreciated!
