I’ve always had a good communication with the front staff whenever I called. They were always so kind but lately it seems like the call gets intercepted and goes to a call centre or someone working from home. The way she answers the call sounds so arrogant, and condescending. Has no warmth to her voice as the first point of contact for patients. Sounds like I’m bothering her for even calling. It’s awful. I love the convenience of setting up the appointment and choosing doctor that I want. I’ve booked the same doctor for three consecutive appointments so I did not have to repeat my story and start from beginning with new doctor each time. Doctor was very nice, informative, I did not feel rushed and all my questions were answered. My prescription was sent by the doctor to my preferred pharmacy and medication literally ready to be picked up in less than an hour. Although this is very personal information, I decided to share because I feel that due to the failed health care system we have where there aren't enough doctors and finding one is like lottery we tend to accept the bad practices and treatments. 1. I had an excellent experience at Sunrise Medical Clinic! The reception was incredibly efficient, and I was seen right on time. Dr. Porter is wonderful – kind, compassionate, and truly listens to all your concerns. I felt well taken care of from start to finish. Highly recommend this clinic for anyone looking for quality, timely, and caring medical service!

AWFUL! The management is disgraceful. Loved our NP who no longer is there, but the staff are rude, unprofessional and inefficient The first time they “ misplaced” ( lost) an application; this carelessness put us back 6+ months in our planning. When we did switch to another doctor , it took them over 4 months to transfer files, even after a written request by our new care provider and a phone call from her office were made immediately!
