I love the convenience of setting up the appointment and choosing doctor that I want. I’ve booked the same doctor for three consecutive appointments so I did not have to repeat my story and start from beginning with new doctor each time. Doctor was very nice, informative, I did not feel rushed and all my questions were answered. Dr Porter personally invited me to her practice 45 mins away from me for a cervical cancer screen, after I told her my concerns and wanted a female doctor. I showed up, it was closed. I was never alerted that her practice had caught fire so there was an alternate location. I arrived at the alternate location, and my appointment had been canceled by her because I was 10 minutes late, due to going to the wrong place. AWFUL! The management is disgraceful. Loved our NP who no longer is there, but the staff are rude, unprofessional and inefficient The first time they “ misplaced” ( lost) an application; this carelessness put us back 6+ months in our planning. When we did switch to another doctor , it took them over 4 months to transfer files, even after a written request by our new care provider and a phone call from her office were made immediately! I have had to switch GPs and move to another clinic due to my GP leaving this location. However, I cannot get in contact with anyone at this office to transfer my medical history. When I call, I am on hold indefinitely, and there is not general email to contact. Please help as my treatment with my new GP is somewhat on hold until this is resolved!! Please help!

Dr Frankell is an excellent doctor who actually listens, and is able to hold space with me in a patient and empathic way. He has been incredibly supportive and available during a health crisis. Very grateful for this clinic.
