NP Natalie is just awesome. She cares and it is very obvious. She’s knowledgeable and the staff are great. The check in and out is a computer which can catch people off guard but quick and easy. Pharmacare is right next door as well so that is convenient. Overall best choice, however, they no longer accept walk in clients (please keep in mind).
Imagine your work meeting is taking longer, you realize you are running late to the doctors appointment that you managed to book a month ago. I just had a telephone appointment with a healthcare provider at Tia Health with Dr. Katherine Porter and it was an excellent appointment. Dr Kathryn Porter is my family Doctor for more than 20 years, she is very good Doctor, knowledgeable, professional and very caring ❤️, staff at this clinic are very helpful, never had any problem dealing with them. Very professional Doctor and staff. Thanks a lot !
I've been going here for about 4.3 years and I've never had a problem with times, easy online booking and the people in the pharmacy are so professional and nice! My only issue is having to pay now for any paperwork. Still it's a good place. I do have a doctor here.
