I’ve always had a good communication with the front staff whenever I called. They were always so kind but lately it seems like the call gets intercepted and goes to a call centre or someone working from home. The way she answers the call sounds so arrogant, and condescending. Has no warmth to her voice as the first point of contact for patients. Sounds like I’m bothering her for even calling. It’s awful. I love the convenience of setting up the appointment and choosing doctor that I want. I’ve booked the same doctor for three consecutive appointments so I did not have to repeat my story and start from beginning with new doctor each time. Doctor was very nice, informative, I did not feel rushed and all my questions were answered. My prescription was sent by the doctor to my preferred pharmacy and medication literally ready to be picked up in less than an hour. I had an excellent experience at Sunrise Medical Clinic! The reception was incredibly efficient, and I was seen right on time. Dr. Porter is wonderful – kind, compassionate, and truly listens to all your concerns. I felt well taken care of from start to finish. Highly recommend this clinic for anyone looking for quality, timely, and caring medical service!
