Dr. Frankel is excellent. They truly take the time to listen to concerns and never make you feel rushed. The clinic staff is also incredibly welcoming and efficient. I highly recommend this practice. The receptionists when I visited are so polite and accomodating as well
I had the chance to speak with my family doctor today regarding my concerns, and I truly appreciated the experience. He listened carefully, addressed all of my concerns thoroughly, and made me feel heard and understood. He was professional, kind, and very reassuring throughout the appointment. I’m grateful for the care and attention he provided and would highly recommend Dr. Rajkumar VIJENDRA Das to others.
An absolute diamond in the rough. Both the medical practitioners and support staff are helpful and polite. The establishment is very clean and modern enough. It’s also conjoined to the BEST pharmacy in vancouver via double doors in the waiting room I Highly recommend this clinic.
Dr.Raj is very subjective with his patients and takes more time than others. (Which keeps you waiting in a wait room for hours. ) while also keeping you for Last. He also cuts off important medication for elders, as my father is in pain alot and really need his T3's. And then brush you off like you don't mean anything and keeping your appointment very short and quick. I can understand why they have a 3.5 rating! Most uncaring receptionists I have ever come across. I showed up on time, signed in but supposedly I didn't sign in right. There is no feedback to confirm whether I did it correctly or not. Ì sat there for 35 min. Not one person talked to me, I was the ONLY ONE in the waiting area! All they had to do was lift their head and say "Are you Christine?" But instead they reported me a no show and wouldn't let me see the Dr!!!!
