Dr. Yaser at WellHealth Clinics is my family doctor, and I am very grateful to be under his care. He is extremely knowledgeable, kind, and truly empathetic. He takes the time to listen and explains everything clearly, which makes me feel comfortable and well cared for. The Google reviews I saw before coming here were completely opposite of my experience. The administrative team is very supportive, helpful, and professional. I feel so relieved and reassured to have this clinic as my physician’s office. Highly recommend.
I’ve been to this clinic for many years for small diagnostics. This past experience has been the worse. Zero help with a chronic condition. Their doctor advice is “go see someone else”. A true reflection of the “business of making money” without true service or compassion for the person.
Why is it so hard to get a human on the phone? The hours of operation are not ideal. The receptionist with the red hair is very good at her job. Good doctors, very helpful and knowledgeable.
I’ve had good experiences at this clinic, which is hard to find. Many walk-ins have their problems with wait times and understaffing, but I’ve never had to wait more than 10 minutes to be seen. The front desk staff are helpful and understanding, and Dr. Al-Khafaji is always on time and kind. He is good at addressing concerns and always asks if I have any more questions near the end of the appointment. PSA: the bad reviews are about administration, not patient care. They've arranged booking and everything to be largely online which I find more convenient, but that will come down to personal preference. Doctor Fearn is fantastic - kind, respectful, & takes concerns seriously. A breath of fresh air after my last GP.
