I am using their online virtual clinic and Dr. Etienne Vilonel cancelled my appointment 10 minutes prior due to no intake questionnaire being done. Mind you the website itself is broken and the questionnaire gives a "404" error code when trying to open the web link. Instead of cancelling my appointment over a piece of paper which is not needed for the appointment and not something I've done every single time, I've used this service multiple times, he could have reached out on the app to inquire if there are any issues.
Why is it so hard to get a human on the phone? The hours of operation are not ideal. The receptionist with the red hair is very good at her job. Good doctors, very helpful and knowledgeable.
I’ve been to this clinic for many years for small diagnostics. This past experience has been the worse. Zero help with a chronic condition. Their doctor advice is “go see someone else”. A true reflection of the “business of making money” without true service or compassion for the person.
PSA: the bad reviews are about administration, not patient care. They've arranged booking and everything to be largely online which I find more convenient, but that will come down to personal preference. Doctor Fearn is fantastic - kind, respectful, & takes concerns seriously. A breath of fresh air after my last GP.
I’ve had good experiences at this clinic, which is hard to find. Many walk-ins have their problems with wait times and understaffing, but I’ve never had to wait more than 10 minutes to be seen. The front desk staff are helpful and understanding, and Dr. Al-Khafaji is always on time and kind. He is good at addressing concerns and always asks if I have any more questions near the end of the appointment.
