I love WELL Health Meadowvale. While I find the main reception staff a bit cold, the digital check in process is seamless. We don’t even have to interact. Nonetheless, the staff at the MCI nurses station are great. They are friendly, efficient and diligent. My family doctor, Dr. Audu is a breath of fresh air. She’s kind, a good listener and extremely thorough in her practice. The rooms are clean and quiet. I also really like that they send my prescriptions right to my pharmacy. Now that it taken over by Well Health, walk in hours are cut, can't get an appointment with another doctor if mine isn't available. Not a team. Wait times were bad enough before. Receptionist told me she can't make appointments on the phone for me unless I don't know how or don't have a computer. Went on line and no appointments were available for back and she saw availability and she had to make it over the phone anyway. Wouldn't recommend this clinic. Inconsistant and all about cutting costs.

Quiet possibly the worst clinic I have ever been too, I would definitely recommend to stay away from here. Expect to be waiting close to three hours for an appointment, my first two appointments I was there for 3 hours, and my third one for over an hour. The one receptionist is absolutely horrible, has zero customer service skills, is incredibly rude and refuses to communicate - she cancelled one of my appointment at 9pm the night before and I had to fight to get a new appointment booked. This is review on Millcreek location. The low score showcases front desk interaction with customers.My recent experience was with Angela from reception and was very unpleasant. Her attitude was bossy and showed lack of accountability and respect for customers time. My family doctor is Dr. Brenda Martin who is exceptional professional, we can’t express our gratitude for all the care she has given over the years . Any interaction with reception on the other hand is most of the time unsatisfactory in many ways.

I give two stars because they need to improve on their wait times. It doesn't seem to matter if you have an appointment or not. Expect to wait at least 1 hour. Perhaps the clinic should not overbook so they can have better service times. I had a nice experience with Dr.Manga contrary to the opinions of others.
