Quiet possibly the worst clinic I have ever been too, I would definitely recommend to stay away from here. Expect to be waiting close to three hours for an appointment, my first two appointments I was there for 3 hours, and my third one for over an hour. The one receptionist is absolutely horrible, has zero customer service skills, is incredibly rude and refuses to communicate - she cancelled one of my appointment at 9pm the night before and I had to fight to get a new appointment booked. I give two stars because they need to improve on their wait times. It doesn't seem to matter if you have an appointment or not. Expect to wait at least 1 hour. Perhaps the clinic should not overbook so they can have better service times. I had a nice experience with Dr.Manga contrary to the opinions of others.
Try to call the clinic and you are constantly on hold for about an hour without even speaking to a person. Doctors say reception will send a requisition through email and it is never sent, I always have to call and re-request it, which means being on hold for over an hour again and having to explain everything that they should know, when and if I ever get through to reception. Had an appointment with Dr. Manga Dutta. Doctor's instructions are to arrive 30 mins before appointment time and you're expected to wait 2 hours to get your turn. In my case the whole process took 2 and a half hrs. It could have been 15 mins. Doctor was super rude, unaccomodating and inconsiderate. My test results were negative but as a specialist I was expecting the doctor to at least advise me regarding what's next but this doctor is no better then a robot who would just tell you that your test is negative and she starts g... read more
My experience at this clinic was very disappointing. I had to wait an hour past my scheduled appointment time for Dr. Manga-Dutta, I found this extremely unprofessional. Finally when I meet with her, she was absolutely no help. It was the biggest waste of time.. I honestly don't understand how these doctors get qualified.. if nothing shows on a skin prick test and a patient still shows symptoms consistent with allergies or experienced an allergic reaction, how do you just tell them there's nothing more you can do?
