0 stars if i could. Dr Vaishaali Manga Datta. the allergy doctor was so rude. i waited three hours to get a test, the nurses did the allergy test, which is normal they were both so sweet. The allergist tho. Came in did not look at my arms, did not care to ask why i came in how i was feeling, read off of a paper to let me know of my allergies and left. I’ve been a patient at this clinic for over 20 years, and unfortunately, the experience has consistently been disappointing. Appointments rarely run on time—you end up waiting in the reception area and then again in the exam room, often for 20 minutes or more beyond your scheduled time. Most recently, I called to book an appointment and was told by the receptionist to “hang up and book online.” That’s not acceptable customer service. I have bern a patient of this clinic, formerly MCI/The Doctors Office for close to 20 years as has three of my family members. Since Well Health took this practice over it has taken a turn in the wrong direction. Inefficient, rude staff, unbelievably unorganized and it appears profits are more important than professionalism and caring about clients. I have been on the phone 2 times , each for over 30 mins just to try to get a hold of someone, eventually had to hang-up. A 30 min hold is not a hold, it's a 'we don't value your time or concern' messaging. The clinic always had fairly long waiting times before you could manage to talk to the receptionist on the phone, but at least she'd answer and indicate she needs to put you on hold. I love WELL Health Meadowvale. While I find the main reception staff a bit cold, the digital check in process is seamless. We don’t even have to interact. Nonetheless, the staff at the MCI nurses station are great. They are friendly, efficient and diligent. My family doctor, Dr. Audu is a breath of fresh air. She’s kind, a good listener and extremely thorough in her practice. The rooms are clean and quiet. I also really like that they send my prescriptions right to my pharmacy.
