Had a lovely experience with this clinic today. So grateful. I first went to walk in clinic on Iroquois shore. Was a terrible experience and turned down when there were no patients waiting. Then came to WELL Health. The nurse at the front desk was kind and happy to help me. I was grateful to get in and see the doctor. Dr Vasylevyvh was very professional kind and helpful. I was quite pleased.
I have a chronic allergy and eventhough I was checked by lot's of doctors, no medication would work until I saw the Allergist Dr. Leith. For me he's the best doctor in the world. I can now lead a normal life. The staff here is also really friendly, patient and accommodative. So five stars for all in this clinic.
During the height of flu season none of the nurses/doctors here were wearing masks. Have been here multiple times. Gave the completely wrong diagnosis to my mother which led to her being hospitalized. Also went here for a mental health appointment, the doctor accused me of lying about my depression and self harm. Terrible facility and terrible staff.
My doctor at this clinic, Dr. Schroff left the clinic without notifying his patients or providing any information on where he was moving his practice. The clinic itself had no idea where he went or how to contact him, leaving me without a family doctor or continuity of care. Throughout my time as his patient, he often required unnecessary in-person visits for issues that could have easily been handled over the phone or email.
