The staff here is so incredibly kind and caring. A really great walk in experience. I needed medical treatment couple of times and their family physicians were so competent, helpful and knowledgeable to cure; not to mention, this clinic offers a great female RPN. She got me a vaccine yesterday as I never felt the needle in my shoulder. I couldn’t thank them enough. Great people and great care.
Had a virtual appointment booked for 10:20am with this clinic. I called many times checking the time and date of the appointment and called ahead of time to make sure everything would go smoothly. In the end I still had not received any link to the appointment by 12:00pm after calling multiple times where I was told that the doctor was apparently not responding to the receptionist for the entire hour and forty minutes. Had a lovely experience with this clinic today. So grateful. I first went to walk in clinic on Iroquois shore. Was a terrible experience and turned down when there were no patients waiting. Then came to WELL Health. The nurse at the front desk was kind and happy to help me. I was grateful to get in and see the doctor. Dr Vasylevyvh was very professional kind and helpful. I was quite pleased.
I have a chronic allergy and eventhough I was checked by lot's of doctors, no medication would work until I saw the Allergist Dr. Leith. For me he's the best doctor in the world. I can now lead a normal life. The staff here is also really friendly, patient and accommodative. So five stars for all in this clinic.
Ever since this doctor’s office changed owners it has gone down hill big time ! There has been so many times where I have booked an appointment and still had to wait well over a half an hour to be called in. They even forgot to call me in once ! The places is dirty like it has been cleaned in months. It’s even harder to get an appointment now. Really really disappointed with how this clinic so being run.
