This walk-in clinic was great! The staff were very helpful and they were professional and efficient in getting patients in and out quickly. The doctor was terrific!
Dr. kamal is my new family doctor she is kind, professional and shows genuine concern for my health and well being. She takes the time to listen to my concerns. I highly recommend her for anyone who is in need of a family doctor. The office staff is also very friendly and organized scheduling follow up appointments is hassle free.
Very bad experience. I was taken into the exam room and then left waiting for a long time. The doctor had just come back from a break, saw one patient, and then disappeared again. I waited and waited with no explanation. I also saw many reviews saying the same thing — long waits and poor service. The clinic feels unorganized and unprofessional. I won’t come back and don’t recommend this place.
Every time I go here it is very efficient and both doctors I’ve seen are great, thorough but don’t over prescribe in my opinion. You need to sign up in their system the first time which can take a little time and make your visit a bit longer as you don’t have an appointment and need to wait for an opening but any future visits after that, you just book a 15 min slot through their online calendar and I’ve been in and out, same day booking, with little to no delays every time…maybe I’m just lucky but it feels like the norm. Always a stellar experience. My entire family has been going there for years. From reception to the Doctors den, a rejuvenating experience. Fairly on time, the treatment and advice is spot on, every time.
