Every time I go here it is very efficient and both doctors I’ve seen are great, thorough but don’t over prescribe in my opinion. You need to sign up in their system the first time which can take a little time and make your visit a bit longer as you don’t have an appointment and need to wait for an opening but any future visits after that, you just book a 15 min slot through their online calendar and I’ve been in and out, same day booking, with little to no delays every time…maybe I’m just lucky but it feels like the norm. Dr. kamal is my new family doctor she is kind, professional and shows genuine concern for my health and well being. She takes the time to listen to my concerns. I highly recommend her for anyone who is in need of a family doctor. The office staff is also very friendly and organized scheduling follow up appointments is hassle free.
A very bad experience. I had a ear pain. The doctor said that it’s just a wax issue. There was a no affection. She prescribed some olive oil to me. After I used the olive oil for several days, my ear pain is getting worse. Then I went to see another doctor from the different clinic. She immediately found there is some bacteria affection inside my ear and prescribed correct medicine to me. After a week’s use of right medicine, my ear pain is gone. This review is regarding a visit in February 2022. I had an appointment & did not have to wait long, which is about the only thing that went well. After speaking with the doctor, I had to have blood taken, so I told them I am prone to passing out & needed to lie down for it. They ignored me & made me sit in a chair with a lap bar (it ended up being a good thing the lap bar was there). The receptionist there is incredibly rude. My partner called in advanced begging to be seen today and was she was incredibly rude to him on the phone. She even hung up on him abruptly. Desperate, he went to the clinic in person since his family doctor is also one of the doctors at the clinic and the receptionist declined him medical care and told him to leave because his health card had RECENTLY expired.
