Dr. kamal is my new family doctor she is kind, professional and shows genuine concern for my health and well being. She takes the time to listen to my concerns. I highly recommend her for anyone who is in need of a family doctor. The office staff is also very friendly and organized scheduling follow up appointments is hassle free.
Every time I go here it is very efficient and both doctors I’ve seen are great, thorough but don’t over prescribe in my opinion. You need to sign up in their system the first time which can take a little time and make your visit a bit longer as you don’t have an appointment and need to wait for an opening but any future visits after that, you just book a 15 min slot through their online calendar and I’ve been in and out, same day booking, with little to no delays every time…maybe I’m just lucky but it feels like the norm. I booked an appointment for my 20 month old son to be checked on and still waited 40minutes to get to a medical room, even though we were told there was only one person in the waiting room ahead of us. During this wait I needed to change my son’s diaper and there’s no change table in the bathroom, so I asked the receptionist if I could use a room to put his change pad on. A very bad experience. I had a ear pain. The doctor said that it’s just a wax issue. There was a no affection. She prescribed some olive oil to me. After I used the olive oil for several days, my ear pain is getting worse. Then I went to see another doctor from the different clinic. She immediately found there is some bacteria affection inside my ear and prescribed correct medicine to me. After a week’s use of right medicine, my ear pain is gone. I see why this Walk-in has such a low rating. They had signs out at 3:54 suggesting they were at capacity. 1 Person in the waiting room. It closes m at 5:00. We mentioned we had spoken to someone to triage and due to Vision issues we were told to try and see someone today. They told us to come back tomorrow (Sunday) although their signs say “CLOSED”. Brutal MCI The Doctors Office. Thats a shame and a very poor representation for Oakville and Health Care.
