Visited this clinic as a walk-in late in the evening right before Canada Day. I highly appreciate that they accepted me so close to the holiday. The time management was impeccable; patients were seen in a steady, continuous sequence with zero friction. Both the doctor and the nurse were incredibly patient and took the time to properly diagnose the issue.
This is by far the worst medical clinic I’ve ever visited. From the moment you walk in, the experience feels impersonal. Rather than being greeted by a receptionist, you’re simply directed to a self-check-in kiosk where you scan your health card. It makes patients feel more like a number than a person. Horrible Oakville location. I have been a patient at this clinic for quite some time, and it is extremely disappointing to see how far the quality of patient care and service has declined. While I have no issues with my family doctor personally, the clinic itself has become increasingly difficult and frustrating to deal with. The clinic removed on-site blood work purely as a cost-cutting measure. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Dr. Mamta Katarey is an amazing family doctor. She is very kind, caring, patient, and always takes the time to listen to our concerns. She explains everything clearly and makes us feel comfortable and well cared for. We are especially grateful for the care and attention she gives to our family. We feel very lucky to have her as our family doctor. I highly recommend Dr. Mamta Katarey to anyone looking for a caring and trustworthy family doctor.
My husband attempted to go in today for a quick walk in. He was there right at opening at 9 am. And was informed that they did not have the time for a walk in tusi. There was literally one person who was waiting when my husband got there. This clinic has been going down hill for a while. We will never be returning. Instead found a great place on trafalgar in the winners plaza
