I know this clinic has notoriously had low ratings, however, I feel like things have really turned around in the past few years. My family doctor (Dr.Laura Tierney) is absolutely AMAZING. Her bedside manner is one of the best I've ever seen (and I've been blessed with amazing doctors in the past so that's saying a lot), she is SO warm, kind, thorough, and proactive. Today, i went there to ask if they accept walk-ins the staff behaviour was so rude. They could have politely denied that walk-ins are not available. This is the first time i am writing a google review because it is a first time I met staff members who were this rude and idiots. After that, I went to 2 other clinics and the staff members were so nice even if they were not accepting walk-ins like this clinic but they were so polite and said “Sorry, Walk-ins are not available”. Wonderful Dr. Strovsky, incredible and the best, friendly and very attentive Michelle. The same cannot be said about the reception. Due to their unprofessionalism and unwillingness to help the client, I had to book an appointment for an ultrasound on my own. When the doctor said that the reception would book me, I was sent to do it myself. As a result, it turned out that the studies that I needed were done only in the hospital, I waited in vain for 3 weeks, in vain I went to another part of the city where I was refused. I love the doctors Dr A and Strovski and nurse Mitchell! Dr A is super nice and very patient, we usually come here for our baby. Appointments so far have been 30-45 minutes late - but other than that it's great! I have been able to get walk in appointments the same day if I booked online early that day - but not otherwise. I found the walk-in doctor to be very knowledgeable as well! Overall I am super happy and am very satisfied with the care!
Dr. Galina was wonderful in office. Very polite bedside manner. Very thorough. Soft spoken. Highly recommend. She takes her patients seriously.
