I had an appointment for Feb 19, 2025 so that a specific doctor could fill out my 'Person with disability' form, but when the nurse said follow me she also said I NEEDED to wear a toxic blue face diaper. I told the entire staff that I am exempt and also told them it is unlawful to force a medical procedure on my body without my consent. They didn't care about the law and cancelled the appointment. Perhaps they should change their name to UNWELL.
