One of the best medical experience I ever had. The procedure was done very professionally and with care for my own well-being. Thanks again. I had a fantastic experience at this clinic! The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. The doctors took the time to listen and explain everything clearly. I truly felt cared for and in good hands. Highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for top-quality medical care!
The doctor was very rough with our 3 year old girl. First complained that we didn't go back to our family doctor but as everyone knows the wait time with GP usually a week. Then with his grumpy tone my daughter refused to open her mouth to let him check which again he gave more attitude saying she's impossible. Finally with candy my daughter was willing to open but without warning swabbed her throat with force. At this point she was terrified. My experience at this clinic has been wonderful. I've seen both Dr. Mehraein and Dr. Bugeja. Both have been highly professional, caring and kind. The front staff are also helpful. I highly recommend them.
I have visited the Pemberton Marine Medical Clinic a number of times, and even though my family doctor does not work out of this location, I keep returning, because I feel it is the best medical clinic that I have visited on the North Shore. The people who work at the front desk are always super nice, courteous and professional, and even if I'm a drop in they do all they can to help me out.
