I've gone here a few times for colds and infections and so have my family members. The wait times aren't too bad and they get the job done. The lab technician who takes blood here (Leslie) is amazing! I have never had a good experience with giving blood and I went in with a lot of anxiety but she was so sweet and patient. And it didn't hurt at all. Quick and easy. I have to go again in a few weeks and it's the first time I'm not anxious for my appointment. Thank you, Leslie!
I couldn't login to the wait-list online because they had 2 active files under my name (maiden and married names). They were able to consolidate while I was there. The receptionists were pleasant in person. I waited for 1.5 hours to see the Dr. He glanced at my arm from his seat while I sat a seat away. Told me it could be multiple issues and prescribed cortisone. Saying it might get better or worse and if it was worse then I should come back in 3 days. Today I went in with cold and flu symptoms along with fever. After being told that the wait time 30-45 mins, I was seen by the doctor only after 2 hours. As soon I was checked by the Dr- Samir Aziz he sounded like he wanted to prove why the infection/ fever is my irresponsibility and gave me a lecture on why he can't prescribe Antibiotics. Even after telling him I was a international dentist preparing for the exam and I'm well aware of how Antibiotics work, he kept ranting about how people back home misuse antibiotics. Words cannot even begin to describe how disappointed I am with my experience at this clinic. If I could give 0 stars, I would. I was in etreme pain one day and went to this walk-in clinic for help. They ran multiple tests, and I was initially diagnosed with an illness and prescribed antibiotics. However, during my follow-up appointment, I was told it was a completely different illness. What’s the point of making an appointment, when you show up all other walk in patients are still ahead of you. Had a reservation at 11 am, by 1:30 I was told it would be another 20 minutes wait. If this was made clear ahead of time, I would have planned my day accordingly. Don’t go blaming this on our current health system.
