Dr.Belal (I may be misspelling as I don't have a paper with his name) is phenomenal, he's the reason I trusted this practice and even brought my kids here. But Dr MacDiarmid, is rude and won't help you. He may even turn your 15 minute appointment into 2 hours of being ignored in his office and fighting for basic treatment. I've never felt so disrespected in my life at a doctors office and it was borderline traumatizing. Don't go here. This is a warning DO NOT GO HERE. I walked in, registered, checked in on the iPad . Waited 2 hours from 5-7pm. Told the doctor I was having pain and ache in my chest up my neck while breathing in. He took my temperature, looked in my ear, rubbed my neck and said there was nothing. I told him to listen to my breathing because it was my chest that hurt. He made me breathe in and out once. Said everything is good and asked me if I have an anxiety disorder?? It's a pleasure to be Dr. Wong's patient. Her care has helped me beyond expectations. She is always available, helpful and empathetic. When I heard about the redevelopment on the site I asked Dr. Wong if this meant the end of the clinic. She said they'd find space in the neighborhood. I can't leave the neighborhood because I'd never find as great as a doctor as her. As long as she is practicing, I'll gladly be her patient.
I have been there 2x this year, Dr. Amitha Mundenchira saw me both times .I can't thank her enough. She was polite,passionate ,professional,and even observed other issues that I had without me saying anything about it
I visited the office on a Sunday, it was roughly an hour wait - not bad for a walk in and especially given not many offices are open on Sundays so it would likely be busier. I saw doctor Afzaz and he was very thorough, and kind, and explained things to me very well.
