My family doctor is on vacation. I caught the bad flu that is going around. I made an online appointment at the Six Points location for 1:15pm. I arrived and checked-in electronically. Within 10 minutes, I was sitting in an examination room speaking to a nurse who took note of the preliminary issue. He took my BP and temperature and said a doctor would be with me shortly. Our whole family is patients of Dr. Wong. She is an excellent doctor! Dr. Wong is very professional and caring. And also punctual. Staff is nice: nurses, assistants and receptionists are helpful and professional too. There is also an option to book your appointment online- I love it, it saves your time and you can choose a convenient day and time. Thank you MCI Six points team!
’ve been a regular walk-in patient at this clinic for nearly 10 years. While most of the doctors here have been helpful, I strongly advise avoiding Dr. Jonathan Marcus. In my experience, he has consistently been rude and condescending. He never seems to remember his patients and often dismisses or downplays legitimate health concerns. My daughter had to check some things at the hospital to volunteer. So we went to Weell Health. My daughter asked the doctor if she had to pay a fee. Thankfully, Dr. Bella said she didn't have to pay. So my daughter got tested, and a few days later when I went to check the test results, another doctor checked them. And the woman at the desk told my daughter to pay the fee. Dr.Belal (I may be misspelling as I don't have a paper with his name) is phenomenal, he's the reason I trusted this practice and even brought my kids here. But Dr MacDiarmid, is rude and won't help you. He may even turn your 15 minute appointment into 2 hours of being ignored in his office and fighting for basic treatment. I've never felt so disrespected in my life at a doctors office and it was borderline traumatizing.
