I love making appointments here with Dr. Bawa! He is really thorough and always listens to my concerns. However I had a bad experience with the receptionist - I had a pretty simple question and she continued to speak over me on the phone, then when I asked a question - she heavily sighed loudly on the phone while I was speaking. I’ve visited this clinic several times, and unfortunately, my experience with Dr. Smit has been quite disappointing. I’ve been dealing with persistent back pain, particularly around my spine, for a long time. However, every time I’ve brought it up, he quickly dismisses it as just a muscle issue without properly listening or considering further investigation. Lena is always very helpful and goes up and beyond to make sure my well-being is taken care of. All of the staff are very friendly, and the clinic is very clean! All very important to patients. And of course, the doctors are amazing! Rhonda
Nothing will break a clinic more than a terrible receptionist. The older blonde lady is always making her life a million times more difficult than it needs to be. She purposely acts like she has absolutely no idea what is going on. I’m surprised they have still kept her so long with such an attitude.
I had visited doctor Smith and dr Lit multiple times they both are best. They listen each and every health issue very carefully and all the time call back for the follow ups. Highly recommended
