I had an appointment with Dr Bawa more than one month ago and he gave a referral and said I should hear from the dermatologist. I hadn't heard and tried to call Triton to see if I could get that offices contact to reach out and there is absolutely no way to reach this office via phone. I tried multiple different days at multiple different times all within their operating hours and the phone line is always down saying they don't take calls. I love making appointments here with Dr. Bawa! He is really thorough and always listens to my concerns. However I had a bad experience with the receptionist - I had a pretty simple question and she continued to speak over me on the phone, then when I asked a question - she heavily sighed loudly on the phone while I was speaking. I’ve visited this clinic last week and my experience with dr smith was quite disappointing. I was trying to explain him my issues of ongoing fever and back pain , instead of listening me he just consider it as a viral . I told him to prescribe a test for me so that I can find out if it is an infection or not. He prescribed the test but till after getting the test done I did not get a call from his office or any email to discuss the report.
