I had an appointment with Dr Bawa more than one month ago and he gave a referral and said I should hear from the dermatologist. I hadn't heard and tried to call Triton to see if I could get that offices contact to reach out and there is absolutely no way to reach this office via phone. I tried multiple different days at multiple different times all within their operating hours and the phone line is always down saying they don't take calls. I've been going to this family clinic since I first came to Canada, and they've always been professional. Dr. Teskey, in particular, has consistently been excellent.
I would need a thesaurus to describe Dr Bawa....empathy, knowledge, efficiency are just a few words. Our entire family is so very grateful to Dr Bawa for his utmost care!!! Thank you.
I love making appointments here with Dr. Bawa! He is really thorough and always listens to my concerns. However I had a bad experience with the receptionist - I had a pretty simple question and she continued to speak over me on the phone, then when I asked a question - she heavily sighed loudly on the phone while I was speaking. I’ve visited this clinic last week and my experience with dr smith was quite disappointing. I was trying to explain him my issues of ongoing fever and back pain , instead of listening me he just consider it as a viral . I told him to prescribe a test for me so that I can find out if it is an infection or not. He prescribed the test but till after getting the test done I did not get a call from his office or any email to discuss the report.
