Welcome to Jack Nathan Health – Whitby, part of the WELL Health Clinic Network. Our clinic is located at the entrance of the Walmart store located at Baldwin Street South and Taunton Road East. This location is newly constructed, opening in January 2024. We offer walk-in medicine five days per week and two Saturdays per month. Please select ‘Call the Clinic’ to schedule your visit. Doctor Nagel is the best! I see some bad reviews about the receptionists and I have to strongly disagree. A couple things that people would do well to remember are that nobody can guarantee when you will be seen-that is inherent in a “Walk-In” clinic. It is first come, first serve, and if you don’t want your appointment rushed, why would anyone else? Hands down the best walk in clinic in Durham Region. I wish they were taking full time patients as my daughter needs a family doctor. Their staff all from the receptionist, nurse to the doctors are a dream team. They are incredibly kind and very thorough. Dr. Daiter even followed up with us afterwards to see if we got into the X-rays for the same day we saw him. Great place!
Amazing amazing serivce!!! I took my 5 years old to get checked, she had been having fever for three days….wait time was just 10 minutes, nurse took a swab from kid’s throat to test, doctor suspected strep throat and gave antibiotics…..also told us they will call after testing the swab in case there is any change in medication…..they did call us next day, stating the swab tested positive for strep and followed up with kids condition. I recently visited and was thoroughly impressed with my experience. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming and the staff were incredibly attentive. In particular, I must commend the receptionist Courtney who greeted me upon arrival. Her professionalism and friendliness immediately put me at ease. I cannot stand going to see a doctor, but she went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. I called to schedule an appointment recently and I just wanted to say that I was thoroughly impressed with the service that was to me by the receptionist Courtney. Even though I asked so many questions, she remained patient and was very considerate. She took the time to listen to my needs and made sure that all of my questions were answered. Her friendliness and care definitely made the entire experience stress-free for me. Thank you again Courtney! I will be definitely returning to this clinic in the future.
