Saw Dr. Lu at a walk-in clinic today and couldn’t be more grateful. He was incredibly kind, thorough, and took the time to really listen and explain everything clearly. You can tell he genuinely cares about his patients — not just medically, but as people. I was honestly so impressed and relieved to be treated with such attention and empathy, especially at a walk-in. Thank you, Dr. Lu — wishing you all the best in your work!:)🙏🏼
The staff were very attentive and friendly. I was able to check in and leave for about an hour before my appointment, which was helpful. However, even after returning, I still had to wait around 1.5 hours to see a doctor. That said, the doctor was excellent—very attentive and resolved the issue I came in for. They also offer the option to book online, which I’ll definitely try next time to hopefully avoid the long wait. Overall, a good experience!
My doctor has been amazing (both my doctors). This review is not a reflection of their skillset or care. Since this clinic has been acquired by Wells Health, it has been challenging to book appointments (online my account was not validated, an appointment with a specialist prevented me from booking one with my family doctor). Doctors and all staff are extremely efficient and very helpful. I love the online registration to book an appointment, super easy and quick. You chose the the day and time of your liking.
I attended the WELL walk in clinic today, March 14 2025 regarding a throat infection. The receptionist was prompt, courteous and professional. The waiting room is light, airy, very clean and welcoming. I was seen in 45 minutes by Dr Surajballi. I left extremely content. Dr Surajballi was kind, professional, very knowledgeable and helpful. He was very cheerful and energetic and I already felt better by the time I left. I highly recommend this clinic!
