Since it is a walk-in clinic, I expected to be seen without needing an appointment. However, I was told that I had to register my name using a computer kiosk before I could be helped. There were two administrative clerks at the front desk, one of whom I believe may be named Lorrie (possibly from the Philippines, though I am not certain).
