Came here about 2 years ago when I have some skin irritation and my dermatologist is far from me. The doctors tell me is fungus and prescribe me a treatment which didn’t help at all! After a few week I went to my dermatologist and they said it’s not fungus at all. I didn’t bother to go back and tell the doctor they make the wrong diagnosis. I am truly in awe of what these folks do every day. I came in as a walk-in. The wait they stated was three hours, but were able to get me seen in around 45 minutes. The staff were courteous, calm and explained everything to me. Think about making an appointment in advance if you need a guaranteed time slot. It will save you time! The nurse was hilarious and had great bedside manner. I will be using this as my primary Urgent Care going forward.
I came in at 9am for my scheduled appointment. Didn’t leave until almost 2pm. All I had to do was get a physical. The staff in the back did not know what they were doing at all. They put me in a room, didn’t give me any paperwork to fill out. When the doctor finally came in ,she’s looking just as shocked as me. That they didn’t give me any forms to fill out. Horrible day, that ended with both the PA and the receptionist being life savers. They were compassionate, efficient and best of all. Gave me a hand ful of cough drops as I left to go get my script filled for an acute ear infection. The doctor was in Carolina but he understood my need and got right to work to assess the issue and home to recover.
I went in to the WellNow location on Hoosick street last night at about 7pm, without an appointment. The staff at the front desk were very kind and professional- and they called me back quickly. Once back in the treatment room I was seen quickly by a nurse who made me feel comfortable, and a PA who answered all my questions and was also very professional.
