I had a great experience at the Dunkirk, NY Well Now Urgent care. The staff was very friendly and courteous. The wait was only about 15 mins. The physician I saw was very friendly, professional and spot on! She took the time to explain to me what was going on and what I had to do to take care of it. We are very lucky to have this office in our town and I would recommend them to everyone.
Visit was simple from start to finish. I scheduled online which was easy. Then I went I. At my preferred time I chose. Ai was checked in while waiting a saw staff disinfecting all chairs, surfaces and any places people touch. I waited about 3 to 5 minutes then I was called back. The nurse was friendly and efficient. Then I waited 1 min and I saw the physician. She was friendly, she's listened to me and helped me with what I needed. Perfect/Quick visit to urgent care. Thank you.
Caitlin was amazing! She was very kind, listened very well, and offered several option on how to proceed. She was knowledgeable and I trusted her opinion. It’s hard sometimes to find someone who you really like as a provider, and Caitlin definitely made that easy. I would recommend her to anyone, and I’d definitely go see her again!!!! Thanks Caitlin for taking good care of my son!
Excellent care, easy to schedule & sign in, everyone was kind and friendly, very clean, organized, and the professionals explained everything. The provider called me later with x-ray results and to answer any other questions. Highly recommend.
No waiting. Very friendly courteous staff. The nurse & PA were so very kind, professional & knowledgeable. I totally recommend this wonderful facility.
