Everybody knows going to urgent care can be scary! But when I got into the room minutes later, Sarah, the doctor was amazing and she gave me a nice big hug and told me that I would be A-OK! When I saw the doctor William, I think. He had a lot of humor and did an amazing job with my stitches! I would recommend this this urgent care!

If I could go lower than one star I would. Took our daughter in for a sickness visit. Denied because they said we owed $230 from another xray visit. Explained we have nys employees health care, rudely said to call billing but we were being denied service. Called billing, took 2 reps to figure out why the previous visit billing was screwed up. Will never set foot in there again. Stay away, I think they are using bad billing practices to get more money
