I chose this locations for: 1. In network coverage. 2. close to my location. 3. Onsite X-rays. AVAILABILITY OF ONSITE X-RAYS IS VERY MISLEADING. Yes, there is x-ray capability - BUT - it is a mobile technician. I was told the tech might be back in an hour or so. I guess that would also mean she might not be back in an hour or so. I asked if I could come back later when someone would be there for sure. I was told that if I did, I would have to sign in again and pay another co-pay. This place is excellent! A very clean practice and the professionals I worked with were all extremely nice. Also before you go, make sure you complete the forms online and reserve a time slot, it is much quicker that way.

I sliced my thumb open trying to get the pit out of an avocado on July 4th in an attempt at making a healthy breakfast... my husband took me here and they quickly got me into a room. James was super awesome making me less nervous about needing stitches. I was given apple juice and goldfish crackers since I hadn't eaten anything yet. The worst part honestly was the lidocaine needle. I was in shortly after 0900 and out just before 1030. I just have to go back when the stitches are ready to come out. Highly recommend. I’ve been to this urgent care 3-4 times (three for myself, once for my brother). Each time, I was seen right away and treated immediately, same for my brother. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Remember, this isn’t the ER, they can’t do everything, but they did everything they could before sending me to the ER. Also, they have slushies and video games in the waiting room. Can’t beat that!

My appointment was handled well from start to finish. Rose and Carrie made me feel at home as they prepared me for and carried out diagnostic services. I appreciate that I was able to schedule my appointment online and that the staff member at the front desk handled my appointment efficiently and effectively. I was treated with care and respect during every aspect of my visit. My prescription was arranged before I left the office. Thank you WellNow Urgent Care!
