Black sister had a great smile, she was kind and friendly! Check in and out was fast and efficient. Doctor was great. Came to test for strep and it was negative. I recommend. Oh! And free slushy and coffee. Absolutely!
I had a scheduled appointment at 2pm and checked in earlier. Yet the system didn’t check me in until over half an hour later. When I was called, the lady did not communicate at all and i was expected to just know what to do. Like, stepping on the scale without putting any of my items down (which i’ve always been told to put my items down to get on a scale). I was very impressed with this facility. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Checking in was quick and easy. A tv screen in the waiting area keeps you aware of where you are on the waiting list. BONUS!! They have a Slushy machine and refreshments!! The facility is clean and modern. The Nurse practitioner was extremely capable and helpful. Highly recommended!
I've had excellent experiences at this facility until our most recent visit. My husband went to get an X-ray. He told them why he was there. After we paid, we waited a bit, his vitals were taken and he waited in a room for close to an hour just for the provider to come in and say the X-ray tech had gone home for the day. Ridiculous we had to pay just to end up having to go to the ER and pay someone else. Wish they had just told us from the beginning they wouldn't be able to help him until the X-ray tech was back tomorrow... ... read more
Thank you for your care we didn’t wait to long. The longest part was registration. I recommend registering ahead of time Or as soon as you get there start registering on your phone. The slushy Machine and Game helped keep my son Occupied! Also love that you have coffee available.
