All the staff were so wonderful and patient with me, from the sweet receptionist who helped me navigate the check in process when I got frustrated, to the nurse Marcie ( my family call me that...so instant connection) to the PA who made sure I understood the dangers of my situation if it progresses instead of responding to treatment. Everyone was extremely helpful and kind. They made it feel like you were family and treated you with care.
5 Stars We had a great experience at WellNow Urgent Care this past Sunday. Donna was seen quickly, and the staff was incredibly friendly, professional, and compassionate throughout the entire visit. Pleasantly surprised! I live in Alabama, but was visiting family in Montreal. After several days of significant symptoms, worrying how best to get medical attention, I bit the bullet and drove the hour down to Plattsburgh, NY. To my surprise, using my Alabama based health insurance, WellNow treated me the same as if I was at my local physician's office. I was a walk in and it was a long wait. I waited 2 hours to be seen but once in the room things went quickly for my visit. They could use a X-ray technician working everyday. I had to go to two places to be looked at. That wasn't very good on my part.
We saw Leith Ashkar, PA on a Sunday morning. The office was busy but he still took the time for a thorough exam and a detailed explanation of his findings. Very pleased with our experience here from start to finish.
