Highly recommend Well Now in Auburn. The Staff is absolutely wonderful and we are waited on quickly. They are very kind and don’t mind when I ramble on. The receptionist today when we went in are usually the ones we see the most and they know us by name and are always ready to make us laugh. I have personally seen the ladies at the front get yelled at and cussed out by people and they keep their calm and apologize. They are very professional and definitely deserve all the praise. Cannot recommend this wellnow location. I brought my son in having a severe allergic reaction to the medicine he was taking prescribed for an ear infection, I was completely written off by the doctor that came in telling me my son just had bug bites and was fine. I had to argue back and forth with this doctor because anyone in their right mind would be able to tell by looking at my son that it was not bug bites. My daughter was seen at Well Now in Auburn, NY. The care she received for tick bites and possible Lyme disease was adequate. However, I am giving Well Now 1 star and would give it zero stars because of the absolutely horrendous customer service. It is impossible to get a response from their billing department. They coded her Lyme test incorrectly which resulted in me having to pay for an expensive medical test that my insurance would have covered if the code had been entered properly.
