I went to WellNow on Rockside and Turney on 3/16/24, for a lab test. I walk with a cane and the staff, especially the nurse/technician, kindly helped me with registration and taking my sample. They have tablets that you can sit and register on, instead of having to stand. The nurse was so polite and personable, realizing I had a disability and did everything she could to make it as easy and convenient as possible. Dr. Sophia and all of her staff were great and took necessary tests and made wise decisions towards a prescription needed. I started feeling better right away after starting my new prescription that Dr. Sophia prescribed. The facility was clean and all of the staff were very competent. Would definitely recommend them.

From the staff at the front desk, to the providers in the exam room, all were exceptionally kind, and thorough. Provider of medical treatment did an excellent exam, however, didn't take the time to ask me if I lived locally. They told me to follow up w/a local eye clinic, however, I lived an hour and a half away.

Professional staff. The building was clean. Everyone took great care of me. They ruled out viruses before treating me with antibiotics. This place was easy to schedule and so much BETTER than any minute clinic I've gone to. And close to home. I will be back if needed. Hopefully not soon though.

If I could give 10 stars, even 20 I would!! Have dealt with them a few times, each time superb service. Fast too. Love the new check in online. Was in and out quickly. I always recommend them!! Never leave Garfield cause we are right up the street and it's convenient.
