What a WASTE of a facility at 24 N Greenbush Rd , north Greenbush NY. Facility does NOT perform ANY urgent care they claim to do just testing. When you go for a test they have all sorts of pre qualifications or you cant be tested. Staff is RUDE. St Peters Health Partners should be ASHAMED the way they run these facilities.

Staff was nicely, timely, and helpful. The front desk service was very kind. I was seen by Brian Glick, PA. He was thorough and empathetic. It has been my best experience with a Wellnow Urgent Care clinic so far.

Terrible the first person who saw my granddaughters was going to treat her. Than a second clinician /dr no sure came in. She didn’t look in her ears or throat She then determining not going treat at all. “ just a cold. She had been sick off n on for two months. My daughter took her to her own doctor two days later the nurse practioner took one look at her and said well now should have treated he. Her ear canals n throat were extreamly Inflamed. When I told symptoms at front desk I was asked if I wanted a COVID test I refused and said I’d like to be tested for Lyme . I was told they didn’t have lab services on site , I then mentioned that they could give me a script to go have labs done. She went in the back to ask and came back out and said sorry we don’t write scripts to test for Lyme. Referred me back to primary (who can’t fit me in today) so thanks for not seeing me. Probably won’t be back there.
