The check-in process was quick, but it took some time to actually see someone. An hour after seeing the PA, I went to pick up my prescription and it was not in the system. This was the worse experience ever. I went to have my ear looked at for allergies. While they were working on my ear, I felt an explosion in my left ear, sizzling and was in instantly in excruciating pain. I screamed from the pain and cried. The nurse came in and told me to stop crying, leave and go to my doctor, emergency room or ent. I went back to tell a manager my experience and she was sitting at the front desk on a zoom meeting.
