I have never had a problem with any medical care I've received here during 3 visits. The providers have been excellent and friendly. The follow-up care has likewise been competent. The reception staff could use a bit more training with check-in and processing insurance cards.
The PA I saw, Heather I believe her name was, was an absolutely inconsiderate POS. That's being so polite about it. I showed up with extreme menstrual cramps (endometriosis/pcos status) that ibuprofen wouldn't touch. I'd missed two days of work, I was just looking for a decent pain medication and a doctor's note to get back to work. Went to the Glenville office and staff there was decent but the company as a whole is shady. Non English speaking call reps that answer, can not transfer to supervisor....the company charged me 2 co pays for one service and refuses to refund the money when the second charge was not authorized. Will not ever return to the clinic because they are dishonest. They said they will process the refund after my insurance pays them which could be 30 to 45 days....but they legally had no right to charge me a second time. Would give zer... read more

Do not go! The receptionist is incompetent and a liar. Not sure if she is having a negative impact on the providers. Wellnow needs to get their shit together! Another quality service SPHP put their name on, way to go! Go to Malta Urgent Care.

We waited at the Glenville office for 45 minutes and when we checked, we were told it would be approximately another hour, but we were offered the option to leave and get a text 10-15 minutes before they were ready to see us. After waiting more than two hours, we went back. I was afraid that there was some kind of miscommunication. At that point we were told again that it would be another hour! We're now at Ellis urgent care. Well Now isn't accurate. They are Well Whenever.
Had a problem with a nurse who would not accommodate me as I can't wear a mask tight on my nose, so they made my elderly mother who was short of breath who I was assisting wait much longer. Then I was made to go out to the car and listen to the appointment. As I left the building a teenager walked out with her mom with her mask on her chin and nobody bothered her about it. Talk about discrimination!
