I was seen almost immediately after I had arrived. The support and medical staff were both friendly, professional, and courteous. The medical staff performed x-rays; checked in on me while i waited; they also took the time to explain the injury, as well as my specific aftercare instructions. The team had me in a boot/on crutches within an hour. side note: they also offer slush puppies (free of charge) in the waiting room! could not recommend more!

We have consistently received helpful, considerate care here. The receptionist always assists with the sign in process, which is appreciated if you are not well and distracted by pain. The nursing and medical teams are warm, thorough, professional and caring . Last night, upon leaving, I thanked the staff, and meant it when I told them, “Your love here already has me feeling better!” 💕

What an excellent experience! I had put off going to urgent care fearing the hassle that it would be. But it was just the opposite, the staff were friendly and so helpful and it was a very quick process and I was seen. From the exam to the X-ray to the conclusion of my ailment was done with such friendliness and professionalism, and effort to make me feel at ease. I'm so grateful to the best medical staff I've ever encountered. Thank you so very much for making it a good experience!

We had a great experience at WellNow Urgent care in Glenville. The lady at the desk was very informative, patient, kind and communicative. Once we got back to our room, the nursing staff was kind and looked out for our well being by offering us snacks/drinks prior to seeing the doctor. The PA, Kenneth Lampert was professional, polite, patient and listened to our concerns. As a former nurse, I very much appreciated how we were treated and communicated with the whole visit. This was my first time going to a wellnow I was brought back to a room almost immediately and given a bottle of water. The technician Brandon came in and took my vitals and was very attentive to my condition and was extremely knowledgeable and comforting , the clinic was clean and the receptionist was very nice and the doctor saw me in a timely manner. Overall the visit was a 10/10 and I would go back. You need more nurses Like that kid he's a go getter for sure.
