I was seen almost immediately after I had arrived. The support and medical staff were both friendly, professional, and courteous. The medical staff performed x-rays; checked in on me while i waited; they also took the time to explain the injury, as well as my specific aftercare instructions. The team had me in a boot/on crutches within an hour. side note: they also offer slush puppies (free of charge) in the waiting room! could not recommend more!

I must say the staff at WellNow took good care of me. They were efficient, kind and helpful, especially in filling out the forms. NP Joy Holcomb made the diagnosis, gave me a plan for care and script. What was best it was a safe environment. Everything was spotless and quiet s Inspire of being busy. Good experience.

My visit was as good as a visit to urgent care or the drs office as can be! The staff was kind and helpful. Everyone was good at what they did and every step was a painless step. My appointment was right on time and the Dr was very knowledgeable. She was also very informative. The entire process was fast as well. I will recommend them to everyone I know.

The entire staff was very nice and accommodating to me. Obviously I wasn't feeling very well when I came here, but from the start the very sweet lady at the desk helped me get signed in via their new system and make my co-pay for my visit. The nurse was pleasant and very professional. The doctor, Dr. Jennifer was fantastic. She listened to what I was saying and how I was feeling, and prescribed exactly what I needed to help me. Update: I appreciate you got in contact with me here. I will email you with the details as you suggested. It was most likely an issue with the phone receptionist giving the same wrong info more than once. I have modified my 3 stars to 4 stars. In general, I can see this center has excellent reviews. Old Review: I don’t know who answers the phone for them, but twice I called to verify if they do blood tests at this location and twice they told me they do, but they do not.
