Great last couple of experiences here. Abundant appointment times available online. Called back to a room promptly based on appointment time selected. All staff very kind and professional. Great bed side manner and thorough diagnosis and treatment prescribed. In and out and on the mend within an hour. Really appreciate the service.
I was seen almost immediately after I had arrived. The support and medical staff were both friendly, professional, and courteous. The medical staff performed x-rays; checked in on me while i waited; they also took the time to explain the injury, as well as my specific aftercare instructions. The team had me in a boot/on crutches within an hour. side note: they also offer slush puppies (free of charge) in the waiting room! could not recommend more!
I had a scheduled appointment but they were running behind about 45 minutes. The woman at the front desk checked on me a few times while I was waiting to see if I needed anything. When I got back to my room, the nurses and doctor were very professional. They listened and I didn't feel like they were just pushing me out. Everyone seemed like they were in a good mood even with how busy it was. Not to mention the slushy machine is pretty great l.
The receptionist at counter was very friendly and helpful. She assisted me in checking in and taking care of the required paperwork. The interaction with the nurse went very well as she was very pleasant and courteous. I’m not sure of the prescribing man’s title, but he was very knowledgeable and friendly in his examination. He assessed my symptoms and prescribed a treatment plan and I was on my way. I am very pleased with everyone there and the whole experience. I am feeling much better today and want to thank everyone.
We have consistently received helpful, considerate care here. The receptionist always assists with the sign in process, which is appreciated if you are not well and distracted by pain. The nursing and medical teams are warm, thorough, professional and caring . Last night, upon leaving, I thanked the staff, and meant it when I told them, “Your love here already has me feeling better!” 💕
