My daughter needed a physical for college that was less than 6 months old and her yearly was 9 months old. Our insurance won't pay for another physical until it's been a year so we decided to have it done at Wellnow Urgent care and just pay out of pocket. It's a reasonable alternative. We were able to schedule ahead of time, the whole thing took about an hour. We went during normal business hours and it wasn't busy at all. I probably wouldn't do it on the weekend? Had a great experience. I was able to get in on time. Very short wait in exam room. LPN Tracy was professional and friendly. Dr. Brubaker (corrected the name) was the same. Showed genuine concern and listened to my explanation. Actually was more thorough than my primary care doctor. Prescribed medication that seems to be helping. The facility was clean. Front desk staff person (Andrea?) was welcoming. It was good that I preregistered the night before and had an appointment.

Extremely fast service and our doctor Billi Smith was beyond awesome. She treated my Son with motherly instincts. She was genuinely concerned and gave us tones of our home remedies for his situation. I don't think I've seen this level of kindness since I was a child and I'm 51 yrs old. Something I thought was surely lost with the rest of the world was so pleasant to see Ms Smith bring it back.

This well now facility was clean upon first walk in . My son wasn’t feeling well and he had space to relax and not be overstimulated. The front desk attendant was so kind and helped me get all information in while I was worried about my child . The wait was not long at all and we were in and out . But not without our frozen slushy . I’m so happy that this facility is in my area , Urgent Care done RIGHT .

I had a very pleasant experience at this location. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Even though I took forever to finish my paperwork because I was so freaking sleepy going there lol. But everyone treated me with such respect and walked me through everything I needed to do to get what I needed to get done completed. And most of all they laughed at my jokes lol. Definitely recommend this particular location.
