Had to get a physical done for my daughter to get her working papers. Couldn’t get an appointment right away with her PCP so we went to WellNow Urgent Care. I was very pleased with the service we received from everyone from the receptionist to the PA who saw my daughter. They all possessed something you dont see very often these days. That was a pleasant bedside manner! Wish we could make that office my daughter’s PCP! Keep up the great work to ALL and thank you! 😊
Made an appointment online, arrived and was greeted by receptionist and was called back within a few minutes. Nurse that did my vitals came in within a few minutes and was really nice and informative. NP was in not long after and was very informative and pleasant. 10/10 would recommend! Thank you for easing my anxious mind and making the experience smooth
Clean facility with friendly staff. Long wait time due to lack of staff but those there were positive, transparent and kind. Nurse was efficient and helpful. NP was knowledgeable, empathetic, and helpful. She answered my questions and ensured her instructions met my medical history and concerns. I highly recommend this site and all staff working when I visited!
I haven’t been feeling well for the past week so I scheduled an appointment in hopes I would get an answer. The receptionist, nurse, and PA who helped me were phenomenal. The receptionist was very helpful with answering my insurance questions and making me feel welcomed. The nurse was amazing as well as she explained everything that she was doing and what each test involved to rule out my sickness. Woke up with a bloodshot red eye where it’s supposed to be white . I was pretty certain it wasn’t pinkeye, but wanted to be positive. So I went to well now on Taft rd across from Wegmans . I made an online appointment the night before and had to wait a little while in the treatment room but a very pleasant woman came and took my vitals . And after a Little while i was looked at by David Keyes who was very friendly and professional.
