Sarah Miller was the best! She even cares patient's mental health, pay attention to patient's emotion status. We visited today, my kid has autism, he keeps crying and screaming in the room. Sarah was so attentive, listened to our concerns, help us do all the best decision taking care his injury. At the end, I just try to have small talk with Sarah, I told her my kid likes the little cute band aid with the carton she gives, and then she opened the drawer, handed a handful of band aids to my kid. I went in with an issue I didn’t know if I was going to be able to be helped with, but Rose and Sarah were both amazing and helped me out so much. Super thorough, very quick, clearly knew what they were talking about, and really put me at ease. This is by far the best experience I have had with an urgent care.

Walk in is a joke every visit is by appointment, so much for urgent care.

Hi Dale, WellNow continues to welcome walk-in patients; however, if a center’s wait time exceeds its capacity, additional walk-in patients may be asked to return at a later time. For immediate assistance, we would be happy to care for you at another nearby WellNow center or you can speak with a provider seven days a week on our Virtual Care platform.
