I needed an X-ray, so I stopped by Sunday and they told me the technician would be here at 8:00 a.m. the next day, Monday. I showed up bright and early next day, just to have them told me, "There's no technician here until Friday." I could've gone elsewhere, they made me wait and come back for nothing. They don't care about me, my injury, my pain. They were like, "Whatever, deal with it." No sympathy, no kindness; very mean and rude. ZERO STARS! 👎🏼
I get sick pretty often. While that sucks, this place has become my primary doctor. Practically my home away from home. They’re always super nice and welcoming, I never feel pushed out. Just as good of a time as it can be! I WILL be back (unfortunately)
I took my step daughter in to get checked out. We were told it would take up to an hour and wasn’t even waiting for 10 minutes before we got called back. They were very understanding, caring and straight to the point. The staff is wonderful there. At the end of the visit they offered a snack and a drink to take with. Highly recommend if you need a quick trip to urgent care.
We have used this awesome facility several times. You can schedule an appt or walk in. Minimal waiting. Quick and streamlined process from start to finish. Friendly, efficient staff. Excellent nurses and medical professionals. Also the only urgent care in the area that accepts VA coverage. Highly recommend!
When I arrived at WellNow, you could tell the entire day had been busy there. I want to give the biggest shout out to the receptionist that was there at 530! She was doing absolutely wonderful. She was super busy but multitasking, making sure the patients were aware that she’d be right with them, she had people on the phone and was able to check me in and keep a conversation going. She was sooo sweet and helpful! That girl deserves a pat on the back for all of her hard work!
