Waited waited waited...that's with an appt! Flippant " sorry" from the dr. The rest of the crew seemed nice enough, however, people skilled in managing triage is much needed you could die waiting.

Made an appt for 11:20. Sat for over an hour. I had an injury to my hand. When I finally get called back I sat for another 30 minutes only to be told they have to call the muncie office to get an Xray tech to come to Anderson. Once she arrived they could not do xray until the machine was calibrated After all that and 3 hours nothing they could do but refer me to Central Orthopedics walk in clinic. i scheduled an apppotment at 3am for 10:40. it is 11:23am they have taken 7 people in waiting room. why bother to schedule appoitment. very bad service. will not return. 2/11/25. susan kilburn

Had an appt at 350 sit in the waiting room fir 30 mins. The receptionist was less than friendly. Not greeting people and not helpling with registrarion. They have a pacman and slushy machine which just is unprofessional. Its an urgent care not an arcade. Just shoes they dont take care seriously. Then the receptionist family came in and all the staff was more worried about getting them slushies and candy then taking care of patients.

Don't waste your time-First off the front desk girl didn't want to do her work and wanted me to upload all insurance cards and ID and it was already on file!!!! Than my granddaughter has a urinalysis done with a full blown UTI she's miserable can't sit still running to the bathroom every 5 minutes and she refused to give her a note for out of school/work for that day! What!!! Have you ever had a UTI before?!?!? SAD

I get there and the front desk guy did not speak clearly it is what it is, he sweet just needs to speak up! Waited over an hr in total for them to tell me I have Covid! Righttttt, I came in due to a sinus infection...I was worried ab pneumonia! Felt ignored and she told me to take some allergy medicine and go about my day. When I go to the er bc she/it (Jill Swanson) failed to help me after I told her what it was I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else! Oh and you see the physician over the computer. Absolutely terrible service, go elsewhere! My elderly grandmother came here because she fell in the driveway. She split open her chin, had a ruptured eardrum and TMJ so her mouth won't completely close. They gave her antibiotic drops for her ear and sent her home. Told her to go to the ER if the TMJ didn't subside. When I got to my grandmothers she literally still had gravel in the cut in her chin and her own bandaid from home covering it.
