I give every aspect of this care and facility 5 stars!! I’ve been to A lot of different ones in BattleCreek and this one is the best by far!! The staff was friendly and professional. The provider was very knowledgeable. The place was spotless. I had 5 stitches and was in and out in about an hour and fifteen minutes. Nothing personal here, check it out you definitely won’t regret it.
First I want to say when I walked in there was only one person in the waiting room so not busy at all. The woman at the desk made me fill out everything first asked to do it on my phone but in the end I was forced to do it on there tablet. The normal stuff that most receptions do themselves including upload and putting in all insurance info and pictures. After 20 min of fill that out she tells me I have a co pay. Which I don’t. There was a wait time but that’s to be expected. They came out to the lobby and offered bottle water and snacks while we waited to be seen. When I was seen and taken to a room the tech/nurse that checked me in and swabbed me for Flu could’ve had a better attitude. The doctor/PA that came in was amazing she showed concern and when I ask to be check for strep as well she had no hesitation on listening to my concerns. She explained my diagnosis and what to do after discharge. I was very pleased.
I could not of been more impressed with this Urgent Care! My husband and I went in to see if we tested positive for the flu, hoping to get started on Tamiflu if we did have it. I was reluctant to go, just dreading a long wait and the fact we were not feeling well! We get there and there was one person waiting, We were in and out within a half hour! I recently visited WellNow Urgent Care for the second time. I had great experiences during both visits. Scheduling my appointment and checking in online was very convenient. Reception staff was friendly and efficient. I did not wait in the lobby more than 5 minutes for either visit. Nurses were thorough and kind. Both PAs I saw were knowledgeable and provided treatment to help me with Strep (1st visit) and then an upper report infection (2nd visit).
