Cut the tip of my finger doing home improvements and wife advised I get stiches. Made immediate appointment on-line with our local WellNow in Lowell, Michigan and was attended to promptly after I arrived. All staff were prompt, polite and caring. The PA did a great job sticking me up and was very willing to answer all my questions. Hope I don't need their services again for a while, but will be glad they are there when I do!
Outstanding care. I was pleasantly surprised at the care we received from this urgent care location. Front staff were very friendly and efficient, nurse care was immediate and very informed. The doctor was helpful, took his time with us, answered all questions thoroughly and took great care of my son. This is the type of care I expect from our regular doctor’s office and we got it from urgent care on a Sunday afternoon. Highly recommended!
The staff at WellNow in Lowell were kind, compassionate, and knowledgeable. I felt listened to and cared for. I couldn’t get an appointment with my primary doctor for a week, so I went here. Nice to have this as a viable option. They were also super fast. I have nothing but good things to say about Dr. Andrew and the rest of the staff.
Had to make a last minute trip here for my son who couldn’t swallow without crying. Checked-in online on the way. We walked in at 7:33pm. They close at 8pm but said they don’t take patients after 7:30pm. Denied us care and told us they could make an appointment for the morning. Patient facing materials need to explain this policy better than just saying, “no registration after 7:30pm” on the website. We are already registered because we were there a few weeks ago. I have used this Urgent Care few times for myself and my mother. They are always caring, promtly to serve from front desk staff, to nurses and amazing doctors that provide this center. They take thier time to listen fully to your medical history to better serve patients. Last year, they saved my mom's life from their quick intervention and catching up fast the severity of situation. Lowell community is lucky to have them here. Thank you!
