We’ve had past good experiences at this WellNow, but our most recent visit was excellent. From starting with Darlene at the front, who was so nice and personable, to working with Nicole as the provider, our experience fantastic from start to finish. Christie and the other people we interacted with were so pleasant and caring throughout.

For the first time being at this facility, I was treated with respect and kindness. The people were friendly and very nice. They treated me with care. Doctor was polite and explained everything.

Clean, well organized front experience. Receptionist/scheduler was friendly and helpful. LPN and the nurse practitioner were professional and friendly. My lab results were returned promptly and the prescription has cleared up my infection. Just revisited Wellnow Urgent Care. I greatly appreciate the facility and staff. Everyone is pleasant and professional; the facility is well maintained and very clean. I was seen, diagnosed, and sent out with the necessary prescription in a timely manner. Thank you.

I had severe pain in my knee. From the receptionist, to the young woman who took my vitals, to the NP Courtney, everyone was kind and attentive to my needs. Courtney also got back to me very quickly with x-ray results and proper treatment.
